Update 02-05-24: the business loses 1 star from me as Alex didn't keep his word to come back and attend to an area that was missed. If you look at the pics, the work Alex did for me is inside the blue tape. The dull sections belong to my neighbors. I really appreciated Alex. He gave me an estimate over the phone. He then scheduled a day to come and actually examined what needed to be done. When he arrived, he adjusted the cost of the job. It ended up being less expensive. He came when he said he would. He was neat with the work and took extra care in reconditioning the metal. He scrubbed away the peeling paint, caulked an area where the previous paint was bleeding onto the brick, sanded and conditioned the rusted spots and painted. I definitely recommend him.

We had an amazing experience with Alex. He responded to my initial inquiry in just a couple of hours. Provided an estimate using photos I provided and told me he'd be in touch the following week to formally schedule an appointment. He followed through on his promise - a rare thing in the construction industry. We had a couple of weather delays but Alex was communicative and kept me informed on his plans. We're very happy with the work and would recommend Iron Fence Repair Chicago for all of your iron fence needs.
