I reached out regarding a partial kitchen remodel. Several other contractors were only willing to take on part of the job, would come out to measure, or just simply didn't return my calls. Not only did I receive an email (I emailed first), they called to discuss the job specifics, wanted pics, and gave me a basic quote within a few hours. If I'd have gone with them, they were willing to come and measure to give me an exact estimate the same day. They checked in to see if I had questions and made sure I knew they were willing to take the job on, knowing I was let down by others. I ended up having a family friend step back into work just at the right time or I'd have used them. Communication was top notch.
INQUSE was referred through the Home Depot “refer a pro” I had my front porch sanded and painted but was unhappy with the first results. The first worker came and hammered the concrete which left lumps throughout my porch instead of using a sanding machine to smooth out. This process took approximately three weeks, yes it did rain and that was understandable but because of my complaints they sent another worker who knew exactly what to do he used a machine to sand my porch got it as good as he could and then painted. I was satisfied with his work. I can’t say I won’t used them again because I got the apologies that was due.

The quality of a vanity removal and new install was fantastic. Price of work was competitive and remained as quoted. He also cleaned up very nicely. Only recommendation would be live translation services or use of technology such as google translate.

Bought bathroom fans at Home Depot and was matched with Inquse. Of the other 6 contractors, they were the only ones who had an automated system for scheduling and payment which made it super easy to plan for the install. I also asked if they could replace 3 light fixtures and the updated the quote. It was done in a week. The communication via text and email was great, with a lot of reminders. Jonathan was professional and super clean. Would use them again!

INQUSE was referred through the Home Depot “refer a pro” for a children’s playground/swing set I needed put together. From the start Franklin in the office was very helpful and prompt in getting me the quote and scheduling the project. They could always be reached and promptly returned calls. Aj and Leo came out to do the install after a couple of delays due to weather. They got it all done in a day and a half. They even went above and beyond in leveling off some ground to make it sit better. Would definitely use them in future projects.
