Used Premier to remodel foyer. Included ordering and installing new Pella entry door. Ripping out old floor and installing old heart pine I had sourced. New wood porch ceiling and downspout. Installed tile on porch. Drywall, paint, etc. The start got delayed due to waiting on Pella delivery and then Covid started. Despite understandable and out of control delays, they (Emily!) were always in touch and never had to wonder what was up. Once things got started, couldn’t have gone any smoother. Everyone, from Emily, my point of contact, to the contractors sent to do the work, was nothing less than 100% professional and the work turned out excellent. Quality all around. I’m just here writing a review because I was looking them up to inquire about more work I need done and realized I never left one! Probably better, because the work was performed about a year+ ago (whenever Chicago decided contractors were essential) and I can report there have been zero issues.

* We were contacted soon after this post and windows were installed only a week after. Job was done correctly. We signed a contract to get some windows installed 6 to 8 weeks from that day. It's been over 12 weeks already and they didn't install the windows yet. Not only that, they didn't even scheduled the appointment to do it and they don't respond to calls. We also have been saying that the windows needed to be installed before the end of August because we have tenants and they didn't care.

I used Premier Construction for the replacement of windows and glass block window on my rental property. It was a big project as there were more than 50 windows. I never purchased windows before so I went to great lengths with my own research and talked to numerous window contractors in the process. With Premier I was able to work directly with the owner regarding the appropriate windows for my building (styles, color, energy efficiency etc.).…. Everything went smoothly. From dealing with the girls in the office regarding paperwork, scheduling and all warranty information. In a manner to not disrupt my tenants the windows were installed quickly and the crew was super clean. I would highly recommend Premier Construction for window replacement projects.

I am more than satisfied with the selection of wood and laminate they had, their workmanship and the finished product. The contractors also did a good job of cleaning up once the project was complete. My floors are beautiful and it was a pleasure doing business with Premier. I already have recommended them to my friends and neighbors for all of their flooring needs

Premier Construction was highly recommended by a colleague last year to install new wooden floors in my condo. The installers were very professional, on time, and flexible with my schedule. I am pleased with the final result and will call them for any other work in the future.
