Ian came to our house last week to install a door to our laundry. For someone reason the standard door from Home Depot didn’t fit, so he had to get creative. Ian brought his table saw to ensure it fit perfectly. He even noticed that one door wasn’t laying flush (which I didn’t) and adjusted all the hinges until it was perfect.
Vince did a great job! The job was scheduled quickly, they accommodated our work schedule. Vince cleaned up the area he worked in and provided helpful explanations.

I had a tub emergency and Vincent came to the rescue! Snaked that drain and I’m able to shower again, he also recommended a few other things he noticed that I should fix. Definitely 10/10 recommend, I will be using them again when I get a bit more settled in my new condo!

I needed a gas stovetop installed due to some work not done by a previous contractor. I submitted a request on Mon, received a text asking for further details on Weds, and a call immediately saying it can be scheduled on Weds itself.
Vincent was my handyman, who came in checked out the work, and made a quick run to Home Depot and came back with the appropriate parts. He was very detailed in his work, made sure to explain every part and how it worked to me as well. Got it all connected, and tested it perfectly.
Things that were highlights for me were how friendly Vincent was, even after testing it he stayed for a few minutes to chat because we were talking to him, but he also seemed ready to leave if we weren't chatty. He also noticed that we don't wear shoes in the house, and took them off immediately even though I mentioned it wasn't necessary.

I had a unique situation with a huge old air conditioner installed into my window frame I wanted removed. Vincent did a great job getting it out, lifting it through a window, and carrying it down 3 flights of stairs. That thing was HEAVY!! The job was tough but he worked quickly and the final bill came in less than the quote.
