We bought many faucets and plumbing fixtures through Crawford Supply when we built a high-end building on the North Shore. After three years the faucets failed. Brian in customer service worked on our behalf to have the manufacturer send us new parts! Thank you- the follow up is so much appreciated!
Crawford Supply has an amazing showroom. (Even though it is already a great place to take clients where they can interact with the merchandise and see a broad spectrum of kitchen or bath supplies, I have been told that they are going to update it soon. Wow! )In addition to an already spectacular show room, they have a friendly, attentive and knowledgable staff that will help you put together a comprehensive package for whatever remodel you are doing-be it Primary Bathrooms, Kitchens, they have it all.
In my long experience of building and working on hundreds of projects, I have noticed that where ever you go to get your merchandise, there is always something that gets overlooked or you run into small problems. The thing that sets Crawford Supply apart from the rest of the suppliers, is that they are willing to go the extra mile to right anything that comes up. In this last project they even came on site to investigate some issues we had and then without another thought, they took care of it. Under Peyton's leadership and the rest of her crew, they have proven to be willing to make sure the client was happy and they did whatever it took to make good on their products. Go with Crawford Supply, they will make any project you have a beautiful reality. In this difficult industry, it is great to have them in your corner. Thank you Crawford Supply!

I don't go here for smiling faces. I go here because they have pretty much everything you need! If you're looking for a ? try and find one at Home Depot. If you're looking for any kind of plumbing that nobody else has, especially like Home Depot or Lowe's or Menards then you definitely come here!

Went in for a quote and was advised that the quote would be completed the next day. Waited 2 days with no answer. Reached out to the sales rep for an update and was not responded too. As a result of this I had to go with another vendor for our supplies. While I do understand that things can happen a little communication goes a long way!

I'm not much for writing reviews, but the poor customer service my husband and I received here warranted a post. Last month we made an appointment to see the items in the show room. Following our meeting with the floor rep, she expressed that she would get quotes out to us in the next week. We have now tried to contact her on two separate occasions for those quotes and each time it's the same response, " I'll send them over tomorrow". It has now been six weeks and we still have not heard anything from her. Needless to say, we will be taking our business elsewhere (and so should you).
