Hi Adam. I just want to send a quick note and say thank you very much. When you got on the phone with me very quickly yesterday when I had my guys on the island. You were able to really help us out. We actually got the problem solved, and the customer was pleased. Just know I'm very grateful for everything you guys do. And I will continue to reach out to you guys for parts on a regular basis. Thank you very much again. Your expertise is appreciated.
The store staff is cocky and rude. Worst of all, anything been purchased could not be returned, whether you need it or not.They do not stand behind their products. If you buy a few things to see which one will be a right fit and bring the others back. It will be a damaged to your pocket..
It is not a good business practice. Not recommending to friends.

The most accurate and fast service from people who really know what they’re talking about. Ramon C. Was so knowledgeable about my (vintage?) faucet that I didn’t want to replace- I wanted to repair it. He found me the perfect parts and got them to me fast.
When I had an additional question he was right there to help me again, and now my 20 year old Graff faucet works like new!

I contacted this business from out-of-state in the hope of finding a part for my Dornbracht plumbing fixture. They researched it for me, and sent me the part I needed. It turned out not to fit. I contacted the company and the local installation folks, and they confirmed that we had been sent the correct part. But it didn't fit. Ramon, at The Faucet Shoppe, is the only one who figured out exactly what we needed, and then called to inform me it was on its way via fedex. He was right, and our fixture is now working! Would recommend to anyone!

These guys are total aces- absolutely nailed it- I needed sealing and packing for a Dornbracht kitchen faucet. Not only did they take the time to vet the manufacturer's recommendation but that led them to a different part number. Very grateful for their sheer professionalism on such a small
