Today our technician went over and beyond assisting us!!! Super knowledgeable and provided thorough explanations regarding my system.
We had issues getting exterior faucet for hose to clean the system. Instead of giving up, he was willing to help me work around the issue so that the job was completed rather then having to return another time!!! He figured out a solution to finish the job, only to have the faucet work after all.
Professional, personable, helpful and patient considering it wasn't part of the cleaning and maintenance check he was scheduled for!!! A definite asset to an already great HVAC company.
I have been an All Temp customer for 10 years and can attest to their superior service for any HVAC needs.I needed my air conditioner compressor serviced today and Edwin, the repair technician, came out promptly to replace a capacitor. He also informed me of some repairs I may need in the near future--very helpful. He was very smart, highly skilled, and very courteous! An A+ job!!

I recently had an AC issue and called All Temp. They sent Edwin as my technician, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the experience. Edwin was professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. He quickly diagnosed the issue and explained the necessary repairs in a way that was easy to understand. I highly recommend Edwin for any HVAC needs!

Our ac unit broke down, so call All Temp, they sent Carlos the technician and explained to me that the unit no longer works the compressor is not working anymore. Carlos was so polite to me explain everything step by step and suggested to give me an estimate for a new unit and and no interest for one year. Carlos is very knowledgeable technician. My wife and I was very satisfied and purchased the new a/c unit.

All temp has the best seasonal maintenance plan out there. My neighbor recommended them to me and I have also recommended them to others. It is easy to schedule appointments, their employees are very friendly, they provide reminders so I don’t have to keep it on my to do list. Josh T. Was my maintenance person this time and he was great. I highly suggest working with all temp!

From the initial phone call to the end of the service, it was a great experience. They were completely transparent with the process and pricing, and were more than willing to answer all of my questions.
I also have to mention the technician who visited my home and serviced my A/C unit, Ed, was PHENOMENAL. He is extremely knowledgeable and proficient in his work, explained everything in great detail, was candid and forthcoming with all info, and was an absolute pleasure to engage with. Ed went above and beyond to offer additional insight into home maintenance, educating me to things I did not previously know. If it is possible to have Ed each time I use All Temp for future cleanings and maintenance, I definitely will.
I highly recommend All Temp.

We had not used our AC unit since last July due to damage to our house from the flooding in 2023 in Cook County. I called All Temp as they installed my original unit 20 plus years ago. A ( Luis )technician came out, quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it. Another company might have tried to sell us a new unit. Thanks for hiring honest workers!!!!

After calling several companies out I came across ALL TEMP and I’m so happy I did because they were the perfect company for the job. I was between them and another local company and after meeting Jack the project manager to talk through my mini split system for my 100 year Chicago house. It turned out great, I’m really happy with the work the guys he sent out ( Enrique and Matthew ) two funny guys that have working together for some time.
They went above and beyond and I would definitely call them back for my next mini split system and recommend to everyone. Not a lot of companies know what they are doing with mini split and send you crazy high quotes.
Enjoying early summer with it, feels just central AC which is the goal. Thanks to Jack, Enrique and Matthew for the great service and experience.

I don't normally write reviews on Google, but was moved to with All Temp because of a recent experience I had. Bryan came by with an apprentice (Gabe) this week to do a regular inspection of the AC. In addition to checking out the AC, he asked about a sound we had been hearing since replacing our furnace and said he could come by next week free of charge to fix that. Without detailing everything I just want to say that I was very impressed with his thoroughness and his above and beyond customer service. I'll also note that Gabe was very courteous and took off his shoes when he went through the house (I wouldn't have asked, but I appreciated it. Not implying Bryan didn't, because he didn't go through the house).
We have used All Temp for almost 20 years and have always been pleased with them, but thought this last interaction required some recognition
