The service person was very well prepared and knowledgeable and considerate. There was a rotor rooter team phone call going over my situation so multiple people were discussing my issue. A diagnosis was done and after diagnosis they explained the problem clearly and we went to the basement where they further explained what could be the problem and took time to show me what was wrong. Great job and very well done!!!!
THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I have ever experienced from a vendor. I expected soo much more from a reputable business. The tech put one toliet back in it's original place in my home and the other toliet he left in my shower stall. I tried all week to find out why they did not show up the next day as promised and why every time I called I was put on an eternal hold. The customer service rep argued with me and would not hear my concerns. Corporate choose to side with the techs and did not believe my side. Go with a smaller company when it comes to your plumbing needs. Roto Rooter figure there is not need to treat the customer right because they are such a BIG company. BIG company with HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Needed to make sure our sump pump was functioning appropriately and have our drain system rooted so it would stop overflowing. They were able to schedule us right away and were on-time, professional, and helpful. First person did not charge anything to come take a look and immediately put in a ticket for rooting service which came by in a couple of hours. Overall cost was $525 and no more water with a 6-month guarantee.
