IWorst customer service! I ordered windows in Aug 2021. It took until Feb of 2022 to have them delivered and installed. I had to keep calling to find out the status of my order. Now it's July 2024. Two windows have cracked glass. The one and only customer service representative told me it would take her at least 1 day to find my file. Plus I may have to pay for labor to have them fix windows under a warranty. What?? The customer service manager is on vacation I am told. I would not recommend buying windows here.
We had 10 Andersen windows installed in our home and 13 Quaker windows installed in our summer home by American Thermal windows. We couldn't be more pleased. Brian Corbett was our project manager. He was knowledgeable and did a great job knowing what we needed and helping us accomplish the look what we wanted as well.
I can't say enough good things about the installation crew. Igor, Basil, and Ivan we're professional, knowledgeable, extremely competent, clean and quick on our Andersen job.
Alex, Max, and Nick were exactly the same way on our Quaker job as well.
Linda and Pam from the front office stayed in contact with us and made sure things went smoothly. We had a minor issue with a small screen hole and it was resolved quickly and even dropped off for us by a couple courteous young men, Kevyn and Pablo.
Overall, we are extremely pleased and highly recommend American Thermal windows!

Horrible service!! Colleen Byrne was our service rep and we experienced delay after delay without communication. Weeks have passed and not one time have we received communication or updates! Every week I (the GC on the project) have initiated emails inquiring about the status of delivery and installation of the windows and each response has been another delay. With exception of providing a quote and notifying me of the deposit requirement, not once has American has initiated contact with me.

Hi,just had two of the nicest guys here to fix the locks on four of my windows. One was Kevyn,but I didn’t get the other gentleman’s name. Both were very helpful. Just wanted you to know good service is always appreciated. Excellent employees.

We got several quotes to replace 2nd floor and basement windows, as well as 2 doors. American Thermal was not the cheapest, but definitely NOT the most expensive. They came highly recommended to us by multiple people including a realtor/building manager friend. Iver was great through the entire process, making recommendations and suggesting ways to even save money to reinvest in other areas. They did a fantastic job on our 1926 Arts & Crafts home. We highly recommend this family owned business.

They did an excellent job with our front door installation. They were able to customize our doorframe to fit a standard size door. It was well installed, we no longer have a draft by our front entryway. Colleen was very helpful with answering questions, she’s very knowledgeable. I was a little nervous about the red color of the door, but the door honestly looks beautiful!

I have personally known the owner, family and rest of staff at American Thermal Window for the past 14 years. During this time, I have referred several of my friends to have their old windows replaced. The feedback I received from them after completion was that the service was great and the company really took the time to understand their needs. The installation was fast with special attention to detail and quality craftsmanship. I am happy I referred my friends to such a reputable company and will be using them when my windows need to be replaced! Thank you American Thermal Window for coming through with jobs well done!

We purchased a security storm door for our front door through American Thermal Window. We had Vitaly & Dema install the door, and they were very professional and quick. Our storm door looks beautiful, and we had a great experience with them. I highly recommend American Thermal Window for anyone who is looking for new windows or storm doors!

Stanley and Jerry door installers did an awesome job. Even the City inspector said he has never seen such a detailed job like this. I love these doors. Very professional. Also all the customer service (Dee & Ruby) were so helpful and get things done.
