Chicago windows and doors are great! They came out same day to replace a window that was broken from falling tree branch in a storm! They got the window boarded and had the window ready to install in less then a week!

We needed our back door replaced because it had been poorly installed and had a significant gap at the bottom and on the door jamb side. There was a serious draft, and the door often would not stay closed without being deadbolted. Chicago Windows and Doors came out and spent a good amount of time investigating the situation, measuring, etc, and explained in great detail what the job would entail. They went on to give us a very competitive quote. We were thrilled we went with them. They replaced the door in a day (a very hot day, it’s worth noting), and then came back for a few hours the next day to replace the coiling around the frame. Their communication was great and their work was careful and thorough. Highly recommend!

I used Chicago Windows & Doors to install two storm doors (one custom sized) in the back of our house. Kris went above and beyond at every level - came out right away for a bid (I was surprised at how few places will order and put in a storm door only), because of the rehabbed nature of the place, it was a lot of work, it was a ton more work than he had bid, he was good natured about it, did it on our schedule, and most importantly, it looks and works great. Would definitely use again!

I would highly recommended Chicago Window & Doors. I had an old patio door replaced and Chris did a great job. My wife and I are so pleased with his work we are going to work with him again replacing a door and some windows in my townhouse.

I had a great experience with Chicago Windows and Doors. They were able to fabricate a new lock for my old patio sliding door. Kris was also able to fix the rollers and made it much easier to slide. I saved at least a few thousand not having to replace the whole door.

Chicago Windows & Doors are an excellent company and I can not recommend them highly enough. We have struggled for many years with a solution to the weathering of the exposed windows at the top floors of our six-flat building. The builder should have originally used aluminum windows but cut costs and used wood which are far more difficult and expensive to maintain. Chicago Window and Doors came up with a stellar solution to cap the windows, saving us quite a bit of money in not having to replace them. They are professional, responsive and highly competitive. The work was dome with great craftsmanship and in a timely manner. The final job looks great and thus far all of our leaks have stopped. They are a wonderful company to deal with and we are lucky we found them!

We replaced double-hung and casement windows throughout our whole house, and i couldn't be happier. The product they provided looks and works great, and their installation was painless.
The crew was very friendly and they happily answered any question my husband would ask them. We have done a lot of work to our house and working with contractors can be frustrating, but these guys were polite and friendly.
