called their number several times no one answered i left a polite voice-mail never got a reply back called again later they answered put me on hold then hung up called quad city upholstery they fixed me right up !

I can't say enough about how great this place is. They were polite, helpful and professional the entire way. We even had a small issue with the finished product and they instantly started work on resolving the situation. I get that nothing is ever perfect and how they responded to our minor problem speaks volumes. It's no surprise they've been in business for so many years. You won't be disappointed!

I had to replace the convertible top of my car two years ago. They put in the top and months down the line I noticed that the inner liner was coming apart from the top. It was a malfunction in the convertible top, so I brought it back in and they fixed it for free. I also took my car in about four months ago, noticing that there was water coming into my truck. They said that Toyota didn’t make the part anymore, so they found it elsewhere and months later, no leaks. But most of all, I love the owners and employees upbeat, beautiful personalities. Every time I go in, I come out smiling and feel that my car is in the best hands.

This shop is great. I had a dog take a bite out of my couch. It was in a spot that normally would require the whole couch be recovered. They came up with a solution to avoid total reupholstering which saved me a ton of money. I ended up liking better than before the dog took the bite. They are also an a nice group of people to work with.
