The drainage crew did an immaculate job installing our new drain tiles this week. They worked efficiently and with skill. They replaced groundcover plants that had to be disturbed in order to dig the trenches for the tiles, and gave us instructions for how to bring them back to health after reinstallation.
They really went above and beyond repositioning pavers and distributing new mulch where it had all eroded away due to overflow from the old clogged downspouts. All this done with friendliness and taking great care. We appreciate them very much as well as all the helpful, courteous staff members with whom we interacted. We look forward to future work with Ringers now that all our drainage problems are behind us. Many thanks to a great crew!
The crew from Ringers was great. They went above and beyond with the quality of their work. I mentioned to the crew that I had some dirt to be moved as I needed a spot for my grand nuggets wading pool. ( Along with the other landscaping)

This company does the HOA snow and grass removal for my township. They are by far the worst company we have ever hired on my 6 years living here. Snow removal started at 12pm Friday. It is Sunday 5am. And still not done. Do we pay less for less quality work? No salt when done so everything turns to ice. This company is terrible. If they treat their contacted customers this way. Can’t imagine a low level house
Edit: using the weather as an excuse for poor work is terrible business practice. Your crew was here from 12pm Friday. To 530am Saturday sitting around doing nothing.

Run from this company!!! Horrible product and horrible customer service.
We paid over $5,000 in Sept 2022 for plants in the beds around the front and sides of our house. Ringers did the planting in September assuring me there would be no issues with the upcoming winter. We followed Ringers instructions on watering after the planting.
These plants never took root and after the first winter, a few plants did not survive. I decided to wait to see if the spring and summer would bring life to these plants. One year later, It hasn't. About 40% of the plants are dead or almost dead and our beds have always looked like they are struggling (see pictures).
We had Ringers come out to take a look in June of 2023, to which they said they would get back to us on honoring the 1 year warranty on the plants. They still haven't gotten back to us and I've followed up a few times since then. Don Johnson the salesman lied about getting us replacement plants and tried to assure us the plants "were just struggling a little bit". At this point, Ringers continues to ignore our follow up calls since then.
Bottom line is we got taken for over $5,000 and will have to pay a different landscaping company to fix the mess Ringers left us.

Unfortunately I did not know if Ringer’s French drain was going to remove and divert the water in my yard from my sidewalk which Sean the salesman reassured me it would until the rainy season hit. French drain failed and actually made it worse. I received a fair response from another salesman named Don, but his quote to correct the problem with a discount was not what his manager wanted to do. I was informed by Don he had to do what his manager told him to do. Quote was also deleted from my email. The quote number is there but not the attached quote. I am downloading pictures and remind you this was only a 2 inch rain if that.

After work we had done in 2022 we had Ringers come out and do some design work and revamp our landscaping. They built us a gorgeous garden wall. The whole process went well. The result far outweighed the expectation.
2022: We had Ringer's come out and put in new drainage for our yard. They did a great job of ensuring that the work was done quickly and correctly the first time. They were not the cheapest quote we received but the solution they recommended was far superior to what the cheaper quotes would have done. When the drainage was installed, they repaired our yard to look better than it had before. The grass quickly germinated, and you can no longer tell where the work was done.
We had Ringers out to put in a brick patio also. It turned out amazing also.
After their great work on the drainage and patio, we had Ringers replace a side walk in front of our house that was becoming dangerous. Ringers did a fantastic job and we are more confident in the safety of the step that the postal carrier uses often.

We found Ringers Landscaping Services from a friend who used them for a patio and a fire pit. From the time Erik, one of the owners arrived, all our discussions and design changes were all handled with professionalism and care.
I want to also mention the crew that came out who were both consistent and excellent. They made sure the work site was cleaned up as best they could everyday. We were particularly impressed by the skill and precision of the stone cutter. The patio we designed was very large but was completed in 13 days - on time. Amazing work. I would highly recommend Ringers Landscape for your project.

We had our front brick walkway redone by Ringers and they completely exceeded our expectations! We appreciated every step of the process with Ringers, starting from the up front discussion about cost at the time of estimation through the site visit to pick our brick and stones and then to the day of install with the crew. Everyone was extremely professional and the work was done perfectly and seamlessly within 2 days. Our front walkway is a statement piece for our house now and we are so thrilled with the results. I would highly recommend using Ringers for any of your landscaping needs!

We recently had a very large retaining wall and front walkway replaced by the Ringers Crew. The Hardscape Crew worked incredibly hard and were very friendly. They made sure the site was cleaned up at the end of each day and went above and beyond to make sure the finished project was beautiful! Erik & Russ were super easy to work with and communicated with us throughout the process. We will definitely be calling them for future projects!
