I just had my first ever summer check up with AAA Northgate. Kevin was my technician and I was very impressed. He answered my questions,
he explained what he was doing and he told me what I could do to keep the system operating well. With such quality people I have no qualms about recommending AAA Northgate
Kevin was the first technician to respond. Having confirmed with me 20 minutes prior that someone was home, Kevin showed great concern when my spouse did not answer. Kevin called and informed me he knocked on all doors, with no response. I was able to investigate to confirm my spouse was okay, in the meantime Kevin started the service process on the outside unit with hopes my spouse would be back shortly. I was also impressed with Pat who made a second call to the house the following day when someone was home. I’ve used AAA Northgate for 25+ years and highly recommend them.

Pat is very knowledgeable and HONEST which is very important when you have no idea what’s going on with your heating/air conditioning. Have dealt with this company twice now for two different issues and will look no further for my future needs. Stress free and quick service. Thanks again!

Awesome as always. A/c went out on hottest day of year. Got me back up, till we can get a new unit in. Old one was 20 years old, go figure. Pat the service tech and Kayla in the office are the best!!! New unit in 1 day and everyone there is so pleasant to work with.

Curtis and Terry from 1 Hour Heating & Cooling came out and replaced my HVAC system. They were polite and worked quickly to get my new system installed. They walked me through the system after it was installed and informed me of the warranty. I'd recommend them!

Call these folks first! Friendly, reliable and reasonable rates.
Our a/c quit working and Tim Woo came right out to fix it. He carefully explained exactly what was wrong with our unit, how much it would cost to repair and within 30 minutes we had cool air again.
Highly recommend AAA Northgate. We have used them for over 20 years and always receive excellent service.

Kevin Bishop from AAA Northgate did a wonderful job repairing our 4 year old Carrier AC. He was friendly and knew his business. I am happy with the service that your firm has performed now and in the past.

AAA Northgate are very professional, courteous, and prompt. The technician Pat is amazing and does great work. He talked me through his entire process so I never felt like I was out of the loop. I would recommend them to all my friends

The 2 gentlemen were very polite and took care of business. They check to make sure my new central air was working and cleaned up everything. My central air looks so nice, I’m glad my neighbor told me about AAA Northgate. I would recommend them if you need a new system. They were done really quickly. Thanks again!
