From the moment we decided to install a new pool, this team has been by our side communicating with us every step of the way! Our installation was a breeze, even with the weather delays we encountered. Derek and Brittany always made sure we were informed of the next steps and have been absolutely wonderful. We’ve continued to use the Epic team for summer maintenance and they have delivered. Bryan is always so helpful and keeps our water perfectly balanced and crystal clear. I cannot recommend this company enough for everything pool related!

I struggled with finding the right "pool guy" for the last 2 years since my wife and I bought our new home. I had no pool background or experience; however, Bryan from Epic Pools gave me a rundown of HOW to take care of it. He even scheduled us in during their busy week to vacuum and clean our pool for our daughter's upcoming birthday. He was timely, friendly, easy to talk to, and beyond knowledgeable of pool care. I am extremely pleased with Epic Pools. The staffing down at the EP location is extremely helpful and knowledgeable as well. If you are looking for pool help, these guys will not disappoint you!

In working with Epic Pools in my backyard in Washington, Illinois, the experience was nothing short of fantastic. From the initial consultation to the final closing in the season, their team displayed exceptional professionalism and experience each and every time. They offer creative repair services when needed that perfectly suited my budget. The quality is outstanding, and the attention to detail is evident in EVERY aspect of their work. I highly recommend Epic Pools for anyone looking to install a pool, have one maintained, or learn more about being an efficient pool owner. From installation, chemicals, to opening and closing, this company is top notch.

While I don't personally have a pool, my nephew does. His family went through a medical emergency causing them to be away from home for 3 months. Epic pools heard about this and reached out to them. They opened the pool and got it all ready for them for free. This was just one less thing for my nephew's family to have to deal with during a very difficult time. Epic pools have truly been wonderful to the family. I would highly recommend them (the pool they put in last year is beautiful as well). Thanks Epic for caring about your customers!!

I can’t say enough about our experience with Epic Pools. The customer service is exceptional. Brittany is amazing and so easy and professional to communicate with. Ryan and Brian are both Knowledgeable, hard working and responsive. We have an older pool and they updated our equipment, retiled and put an automatic cover on. We are having them do more projects this spring. Can’t recommend them enough!!

We would like to thank Bryan and team at Epic Pools for having all hands on deck and being extremely helpful during the pool installation process. Thereafter, they’ve kept us up and running with weekly pool cleaning and maintenance. The lightening fast texts and calls back when we have those “new pool owner questions” is just one example of their excellent customer service. Thank you, Epic Pools, for a beautiful pool and excellent response times.

I started using this company 2 and a half years ago. I set it up for them for weekly service of checking and adjusting chemicals, vacuuming, and cleaning filter/baskets. I also signed up for them to replaces my cover. I will start with the service. Although I set it up to get all of the above done, I would come home to find they were there and did not do everything I paid them for. Over half the time, it was never vacuumed. I was told a different guy comes out to do this, yet he rarely showed up without my constant calling. The baskets were cleaned maybe once a month, and I don’t think they ever backwashed my filter and most of the times, never added chemicals but left a note what I needed. Now to the cover. I paid $2,000.00 for a replacement for my auto cover. On the first night after they installed it, it would not open and close properly. I opened the motor cover and the ropes that are sewn into the cover were shredded. I called them the next day. After a few weeks, they came back, removed the cover, and sent it back to the factory to have new ropes sewn in (this left our pool unsafe). After 3 months, they returned with the new, repaired cover. They installed it and once again within a week, the cover would not open/close. By this time, it was fall so we got it to close, closed our pool and said we would look at it in the spring. Spring came and were able to open the cover, but it was very slow, and we had to open / close it a little at a time to get it opened. We noticed a small tare on one side where the hardware glides attach. At this point, I called another company 3 hours away to look at it. They came down and said it was the wrong cover for our original cover equipment and could not repair it. I called Epic again and they came out and said it needed new glide hardware. They ordered that and after 2 months, came out, said that the hardware did not fit our system. They tried blaming me for the tare which may have been from us trying to close it so any neighborhood kids wouldn’t wander in our yard and die or because they ordered the wrong cover. They also said that voided the warranty. Another season ended with them deciding the cover was made wrong and ordering a new one again. Had to leave out pool open all winter. After two years, they found the cover was shipped to a wrong warehouse and sat there for months, they final came and installed it. Then, they tried charging me for a whole new cover. I said I wasn’t paying for it, and they sent me an invoice for just the cover (not labor). I then called and said I wanted to talk to the owner. He called me and agreed I shouldn’t pay for any of it since they never got it right. In this same conversation, he said to call if the cover has anymore issues closing because after a year or so, the ropes may need to be adjusted. Two weeks ago, the cover would not close. I called them and set up a service call. They came out and said it was due to dirt in the tracks. Today, to no surprise, it won’t close without me closing it a little then opening it a little until it closes all the way. Even with CLEAN TRACKS. I did EXACTLY what the owner said to do, and they still can’t fix it. They have no clue what the hell they are doing. I will call a competent company as I would not trust Epic with a $5 kiddie pool at this point.
