GN and Amy are the best. Amy was recommended to us by two friends. We had a bathroom and kitchen remodeling project that we needed done. After initial consultations she put together some ideas. She let us take samples home and even sent us samples of things that she didn't have so we could see it. It only took one visit to the showroom to complete our choices. She personally delivered some items to us to help expedite the project. Amy worked well with our contractor to make things as efficient as possible. We had never done a remodel like this before and had no idea what to do or expect. She held our hand, answered our questions and made everything pretty seamless. We love our new kitchen and bath.

My experience with Great Northern Kitchen and Bath was outstanding! Customer Service responded very quickly and kindly to my questions before and after the purchase. Tracking for the order was readily available on the website and through emails sent to me. Every aspect of my purchase experience was great. I highly recommend Great Northern and they are now my first choice for my kitchen and bath needs.

I would like to thank Joe and Amy for the excellent service they provided when solving my bath faucet. The new Grohe faucet I ordered did not perform as it should have. Without hesitation, Joe ordered a new replacement which works perfectly.

We bought a bathroom cabinet and sink from Great Northern. We had a very bad experience with another company and were very cautious this time around. We dealt with Amy and she was wonderful. She went way above and beyond in customer service. She made sure we got everything we wanted and that we were happy. Joe also helped us alot. We would recommend Great Northern and Amy and Joe to anyone looking to do a kitchen or bath!

I used Great Northern K & B to supply the cabinets for my DIY kitchen renovation. Amy was great at helping me avoid a lot of common pitfalls in my design. She provided very accurate renderings that really helped my wife visualize how the new kitchen would look. I also purchased the quartz counter tops and Amy arranged for a very professional contractor to do the measuring and installation. We are thrilled with our new kitchen.

I started my kitchen remodel project in the spring of 2021 by contacting Amy, at Great Northern Kitchen and Bath. Amy, is a GREAT asset to have on any remodel project. She helped me pick the style, color and every last detail of my new kitchen cabinets. Since I chose to remodel in the middle of a pandemic, my cabinets took a significant amount of time to custom make. Amy made sure I was aware, every step of they way of what was happening in my design and build phases. She is a great communicator and answered all of my questions, no matter now trivial, in a very timely manner. I highly recommend trusting her with your project too. I am a very satisfied customer and will definitely seek Amy out again if I ever remodel a bathroom in my house.

Amy Belli in sales was a great help to me. She went out of her way and even personally visited the warehouse to find the kitchen faucet I was looking for and make sure it was in stock. She then physically brought the package to shipping to make sure it was shipped on the same day. On top of that, she took photos of the faucet package label and the shipping label and sent them to me. What a terrific service! Amy deserves a big raise for her customer service! Thanks, Amy

We are redoing our bathroom and needed a U By Moen Smart Shower panel in black. I tried many different places, all said they had stock, took my order, charged my card, and kept pushing the delivery date. This now became a holdup for the completion of bathroom. I needed this part by Friday (today - 12/18).
I found Great Northern Kitchen & Bath online and called them up on 12/15. Spoke with Amy and she assumed me that they would be able to take care of this purchase and have the panel in my hands ontime. After hearing this from 4 different vendors, I was skeptical but went through with the order. Lo and behold, it arrived yesterday, 12/17, a day before it was even promised.
Great big shout out to Great Northern Kitchen & Bath and their people, especially Amy!!! I have recommended you to my Contractor and will recommend y'all to anyone!!!!

Our experience with GNK&B was excellent! Amy was such a great help to us. She was knowledgeable and thorough and went above and beyond to help us get our kitchen design perfect! We really needed her expertise and she came through with flying colors. We highly recommend her for her outstanding customer service and her design touch. She really was a tremendous asset in bringing our kitchen together and making it really special. When we had problems with some of the cabinet's stain variability, (through no fault of GNK&B.) Amy went to bat for us and was on top of the situation and rectified it. Thanks Amy and Great Northern Kitchen and Bath!

We recently remodeled one of our bathrooms, converting it from a tub/shower to a shower. It was a great experience working with Amy at Great Northern and Jared and his team at Redwood Builders. Amy helped us to stay within our budget, and kept us updated on the delivery schedule of all of the materials. Jared's team was very professional and performed exceptional workmanship. It was a complete please working with Great Norther Kitchen and Bath and Redwood Builders. Highly recommend.

Our designer, Amy, was terrific! She provided great options, was sensitive to our budget, and always went the extra mile to find items that were not necessarily in the showroom. Amy stayed on top of coordination and was a great project manager; materials arrived on time and were well coordinated with installers and the team from Redwood Builders. Jared and his team from Redwood Builders were equally terrific....they are a professional and courteous team who pay attention to the customer's needs and produce a great product. Added to this, we were so happy that daily clean-up after a job is automatic, no loud music, and a real sensitivity to being as unobstructive as possible in the daily lives of their clients. The best recommendation: We'd hire the entire group again!

We recently had our kitchen remodeled with Great Northern Kitchen and Bath. The process was smooth and professional working with Amy and Kim. Most important - they listened to our thoughts. The first company we contacted was all about changing the kitchen footprint. A bigger project than we planned. Amy and Kim assured us we didn't need that extreme a change to assure a great remodel. From that point they guided us through our remodel. Making sure we had everything on our wish list also with a couple of unexpected items. So we have a beautiful up to date kitchen that we are quite proud of. Yes we would highly recommend Great Northern Kitchen and Bath.

My wife and I have used Great Northern Kitchen and Bath on several occasions and we have been very impressed with every transaction. First of all the staff is very professional and knowledgeable. Both Joe and Amy, took their time to show us various options to meet our objectives. And when we placed our order, they reviewed it with us in detail to insure we would get exactly what we wanted.
