I have done a few projects with Percy and he has been very helpful in the design process. He knows his products and has a keen eye in creating an awesome result. If you are looking for a quality product with a high end look, use Mid America. If you are looking for the cheapest stuff, go to Hobo.
Our company has been doing business with Loiusville tile and previously Mid America for some years now. Last year we ordered full slabs of porcelain that had to be trucked in to their recommended tile cutter for us to install on a job. After cutting was complete and we receive the materials, it was noticed that the faces of all of the slabs were not transported face to face, but back to face, causing a repetitive scratch pattern, matching the back side of the tile. After the rep and manufacture rep had seen what occured it was agreed upon, that we would have to hand polish every piece here before install. We had to purchase expensive materials to do this and we hade two people pulled from their job here to polish. it was a lengthy process, and we lost production time. needless to say Bruna from Stonepeak promised to cover our expenses since we had pre paid already for this order months ago. I have been personally trying to get reimbursed for almost a year now and finally after an enormous amount of emails from me, Bruno decided that he would close out the claim and only give Louisville $1000.00. My claim that I was requesting was $4225.29. So now I have been trying to atleast get somewhere with Louisville, hoping that they would stand behind this atleast partially. they just reimbursed me basically the $1000.00 from Stonepeak. Nothing off their shoulders in all of this! We made this right for our client and took care of them in the end, as far as Louisville and Stonepeak are concerned, they never stood behind any of this. This isn't how we run a 50 year old business at all, you all should be ashamed of yourselves. Also just want to say I never received an email back from Lousiville, just a check showed up, no apologies, no explanation- nothing! I am pulling all of my samples from my showroom and I will not sell or install either of their products. I'd stay away- they don't stand behind what they sell. The communication is also horrible, as I spent months trying to get this claim completed.

A great place to buy wedi shower systems. Also other tile related products. Contractor desk will help you out.

Very helpful staff. I came in late on a Friday, and they were very helpful and not trying to push me out the door. I really appreciate the time they took to help me and provide samples.

Not a discount tile place. They have an absolutely gorgeous showroom to showcase their selection of tile. We were greeted right away when we walked in. However, we did not stay long as we were looking for a more economical tile option.

This place has beautiful tile. We had very good luck with Silvana who helped us design a beautiful bathroom and placed a partial order. By the time we were ready to fulfill the total order, Silvana was gone and we dealt with Donna. It was one of the most negative customer service experiences I have ever had. I cannot recommend. We ended up going to Studio41 for the rest of our tile because the service here is so bad.

Review given to customer service not actuall product I purchased.
Mask requirement signs are posted everywhere however the staff in customer service area (downstairs) either wearing them on their chin or doesn't wear at all.
Once I entered customer service area clear eye contact was made with me by two associates however noone bothered to greet me. That's customer service 101!
Process overall was confusing and no clear instructions were given. I guess they were assuming that everyone that comes there goes there regularly and knows what to expect. I had to ask multiple questions where to wait for my order and I could tell associates were annoyed by it.
Two stars rather than one given because Stacy at the front desk was actually helpful in comparison to everyone else.

This place is stuck in the past when the trade was buying from distributors and end users from retailers. They killed that business putting hundreds of small shops out of commission, stealing sales. After losing that business, the trade business, they went directly after the end users. The problem with that is that all those distributors are located in industrial locations away from the city. Sensing a void the Floor Décors and Tile Shops built large retail operations located in malls and on prime locations, killing the distributors business. Those new operators are not high end but are masquerading nonetheless as high end shops to attract homeowners. Some sell sub par, near defective blemished material at what appears to be a good price. It is garbage. A contractor can tell but the homeowner cannot. To complicate matters the real high end places, expensive in the past, the Ann Sacks and Materials Marketing, have bought their plants and now manufacture their tiles themselves at very competitive prices, prices that middle men old distributors and big box city retailers cannot match. That or the quality they cannot match. Mid America is doomed. The future belongs to the Ann Sacks and Materials Marketing who own their plants and retail their tiles..
