Wish you were in Denver! Visited several times during trips back to Chicago and would give higher than five stars if I could.
Pros: The mid-sized showroom was bright and airy allowing customers to readily 'see' the tiles.
Their stock was carefully selected with up-to-date stone, porcelain, marble, subway, and glass available in a range of prices, styles and sizes.
Tiles were displayed on walls, as well as, rolling pullouts, making it easy to browse by yourself or select products with the help of their designers. Tiles were also tile-set onto floors and small vignettes.
Darlene C, their designer, was knowledgeable, enthusiastic, patient and extremely helpful. She offered great suggestions and provided a glossy catalogue of the Italian tile I was considering. She wrote up all the info, including retail prices without being asked. Then, shipped full-size heavy samples directly to my home, at no charge.
Best of all, when I first walked in, I spoke with a man, who turned out to be their head honcho. He gave his top three picks for porcelain 'marble-like' tiles, and then asked Darlene to continue assisting. Both clearly showed that a homeowner's business, (not a large account) was important.
Advance appointments were recommended, yet, they welcomed walk-ins.
Final tiles must be ordered through another department, so there was no commission sales pressure. And no charge for design.
Retail pricing was also very competitive. (Note: Local contractors get better pricing.)
CONS: They don't have a showroom in Colorado. To ship a full tile order out-of-state, the customer needs a loading dock for delivery. Some people, however, drive tiles themselves to other states.
For Illinois residents, this is an amazing tile resource worth a trip to the burbs or downtown. And I highly recommend it!
This review is for Chinhda, the showroom manager. I got there early this morning to look around and she was so kind to immediately take me to a brand I was interested in and show me similar styles and designs that would work with my quartz counter. She was knowledgeable and very careful to inform me about the differences in style, production, finishes and costs to keep me at my price point. Thank you for the help!

Despite being given the tile order in several different ways and instances, they screwed up my tile order and now I’m having to change my entire design plan. I will never use this supplier ever again and will make sure to tell everyone I know who is remodeling to steer clear of this company. Unacceptable. This has caused such a headache and extra money.
UPDATE:
Do NOT let them tell you there’s nothing they can do if they screw up your order. It took 2 months of me constantly contacting them, but I was able to get a $500 refund on the order they screwed up.
Although they “rectified” the situation it’s absolutely unacceptable that it took them two months to come up with a solution.
I will never order from them again and I implore you to stay far away from this company.

Ordered tile for a bathroom remodel. Tiles came scratched and chipped. So many that couldn't find enough to complete the job. Ordered replacement tiles and those came scratched and chipped.

We visited the showroom in Woodale at the end of March and we were happy with the customer service. We liked tiles for our bathroom remodeling and we were told that these tiles are considered in stock and would 2 weeks. We placed an order through a vendor, which is America's flooring store on 4/5/2021. At that time after confirmation from the VirginiaTile in Wooddale, we were promised a delivery time of the tiles 2-3 weeks. Today, May 3rd, after we called the store we found out that we would not be able to get the tiles until Mid June. This is very disappointing and completely ruining our plans to remodeling. We paid upfront and I am not sure if we could cancel the order and if we can rely on them at all.

I just want to express my disappointment with my overall purchasing experience through Virgina Tile. I fell in love with a tile that I could only purchase through Virgina Tile. Our tile guy measured and we had several full boxes of unopened tile leftover. Stated on our receipt was that this tile is a stock item and nothing on our receipt stating there was a timeline for returning said tile. This was for a custom home and we spent a lot of money with the overall order. Extremely unhappy and poor customer service. Would not recommend any contractor or homeowner to use them.

Great service and selection. The sales staff were extremely knowledgeable and they didn't pressure us into buying anything we were not comfortable with. We'll be back again for our next project!

Very friendly and helpful staff. Offered samples of everything to take home. Lots of lesser known tile makers carried with very unique tiles along with all of the more standard tiles.
