We just had our kitchen countertops done by Granite Selection and in our case the process went smoothly. The quote was higher than the one we received online using their quick quote BUT the reason was, we ended up with a much higher grade granite where the slab was in a different price group. They have some slabs in their warehouse but none of them appealed to us. Fortunately they are right across the street from MSI who is a distributor. We walked over there and they had about 30 different slabs. We selected the one we wanted, walked back across the street and they gave us their initial estimate subject to them sending out someone to do the computerized measurement. They measured it within the week and it was installed the next week. Everything went great and we love it. I'm sorry to hear others have experienced issues, but we couldn't be happier.
Our experience with Granite Selection was top notch! From our first visit to see what quartz we liked (plenty to choose from) to installation was quick and seamless. We had a lot of questions and each was answered thoughtfully. Our countertops are stunning. The guys that did the installation took great care in removing our old granite and we were able to preserve our backsplash. I highly recommend!

Great experience from beginning to end! They have a nice showroom and have many other options that can be ordered. They took extremely precise measurements so everything would fit perfectly (it did), and the price was the best out of all the quotes I received from other places. They were ready to schedule installation about a week after payment, super quick!

I received great service from Milan and the rest of the Granite Selection team. I called many different granite shops and got the runaround because this particular project was smaller and the other shops were just chasing the $20,000 jobs. I was treated respectfully and the workmanship of the granite was top-notch. When it comes time for my big project I will skip the others and go directly to Granite Selection. I’m very pleased with my purchase. Thank you!

Highly recommended. 1st of all they are serious. Call them they will come, take measurements and give you free estimate. Not like others who on phone gives you free estimate only when you provide measurements or else if they come they will charge you.
Now speaking of price believe me they are cheaper than everyone else. Since i did my remodeling 1st time so and want to save money also, i search almost 20 stone fabrication company and only found Granite Selection to be cheaper in price but very good in quality.
I want to thank Mr. Peter and Magdalia for their best services. ?

The team at Granite Selection was great to work with, very accommodating, knowledgeable and installation was fast and professional - they installed granite in our Kitchen, Bar and laundry room and quartzite in rec room and bath last spring and we are very happy with the the final result!

We bought both Granite and Quartz for a re-do of our rental property that we are getting ready to sell. Working with Milan was wonderful. He is very knowledgeable and helpful. Granite Selection has beautiful high quality materials to choose from. We checked out several granite stores in the area and came back to Granite Selection for both their quality and price.

I had a very positive experience, we needed quartz for our new kitchen and bathrooms and had a specific color already picked out. I was on a tight timeline so I pre-bought the slab so they came to measure Thursday and installed Monday. I even forgot to ask them to drill out something and they came back for a small fee to redo the work. The communication was great and the process was easy

I figured after 5 months with granite time to review and share.
After going to 5 different shops to get a feel for granite I chose GS I liked the large selection and the access to MSI stone to see more granite than the eyes could take. I also felt that my small 46 square foot job was just as important to GS as a large job unlike the granite shop in barrington that blew me off and I had to call repeatedly to get my quote that wasn't even what I wanted. There was good communication and no hidden charges and their pricing was the best here. They were the only shop that would do my small L shaped desk in 1 piece instead of 2 but I did make that my #1 emphasis. They also had no problem using the new 16 ga kohler strive sink I provided and had the template programmed in their machine already, I just gave them the model #. I recommend a thick 16 gauge commercial grade stainless sink don't get a 20 gu thin sink sounds tinny and that was #1 issue I learned from friends that got granite. They measured cabinets and installed quickly. It was like 8 days from initial selection to installation. My experience was great. If you want to cut your costs and get great granite use them. They are not going hold your hand and choose for you like a high paid kitchen designer will. They will leave you alone and let you take your time selecting and and only spoke when I asked questions, very eastern european. They were timely in all correspondence and appt. I do recommend that you go there during the day on a weekday because weekends they are busy with many browsers. We had the whole warehouse to ourselves on a Friday afternoon and my wife was very impressed when she asked if she could have a sample . We went behind warehouse and salesman broke a piece off a remnant with a hammer for her to take. Not fancy but a real nice gesture.
