The unit above mine started leaking and damaged the drywall throughout the ceiling of my condo. The plumber that fixed the issue recommended CW&FR. They came to my place at 1030 pm to provide an estimate and then scheduled water mitigation the following morning. The crew that came over was friendly and efficient. They took the time to explain and answer any of the questions that I have. Extremely professional, I'd highly recommend CW&FR to anyone that finds themselves in a similar situation.

I called CWF Restoration and within 1 hour Avery was at my door to assess the water cleanup needed in my crawlspace. He was able to have a team at my home in less than1.5 hours, and it was not even an emergency situation. I am unable to enter the crawlspace so I have to depend on others to take care of any issues. Edgar and Justin arrived, got to work and were able to finish within an hour. They even took care of a stain that I did not expect. I am very happy with the outcome, everyone was very pleasant and professional, and the crawlspace looks new. My brother came by to see the space and was most impressed! I would definitely recommend Chicago Water and Fire.

Let me start with the FD contacted them. They came out to seal up our house fire, I have contacted them multiple times because they left a gaping hole in my roof exposing any possible salvageable items to the elements and pretty clearly they did not care. The first call I was told They had a miscommunication and were told that part of the house was going to be demoed, I asked why would an uninvestigated part if the house be demoed. Then they tried to tell me the roof was unstable. I replied with the roof your team was on?(as you can see in the pictures they secured a tarp to the front roof without issue) Aside from the fact they have tarps that do not require roof access… at least most companies do. After all this I was told they would send out a team tight away to beat the storm coming that day….. I said it’s already raining. 10 mins later I get a call saying they can’t send a team as the rain is a hazard. I asked if they will send one after the rain is done I was told thats a question for a higher pay grade than the dispatcher I asked that the higher pay grade call me. We are now 8 days out roof hole still exposed, No call, no accountability.
