This company is the worst company I have ever dealt with. First they did survey that was off by almost 1.5' to the North and almost 3' to the West. I asked Prefered several times if survey was correct they confirmed it was. I hired a Fence company based on their survey and they called Prefered confirm too which they stated it was correct. Finally had too hire a lawyer too give the proof from a neighbor stating Preferred Survey was wrong. The redid survey and emailed me a copy and left me with legal fees and bad neighborhood relations. Would rather have anyone other than this Mickey Mouse outfit ever try and do a survey of any importance.
I was very satisfied with the service and work product from Preferred Survey. They arrived on time and did not rush through the work They took plenty of time to make sure the job was completed thoroughly. The whole crew was good. Upon completion, Jack took the time to answer my questions.
