Pani Gosia zmienia rozmiar szafek bez informowania klijenta. Pozniej wmawia ze tlumaczyla przy sprzedazy ze da inny rozmiar niz chcielismy. Nasz blad ze podpisalismy bez dokladnego czytania ufajac sprzedawcy. Manager teraz twierdzi ze przez to ze maja nasz podpis to oni nie moga nic z tym zrobic. Wiec mam szafki o 3 inch krotsze niz sie spodziewalam. Takze uwazajcie co podpisujecie z Pania Gosia bo was tez moze zrobic w balona. To your response: Gosia claims she explained that she is giving us 39 inch cabinets but she did not. From the beginning we were asking for 42inch. We were never told we can't get 42inch. There was 2 of us so I'm sure at least one of us would here Gosia say anything about 39inch cabinets. When we called to make changes we didn't mention anything because the whole time we were under impression we are getting what we ordered. And you didn't here from us anymore because you would not help us after we complained. You pretty much acted like we are in the wrong and you wouldn't do anything to fix the situation. We had no choice but to install what we got. Your customer service is useless. Now I know that others that wrote in their reviews that you are no help after you get the money were 100% right.

**Uploading again, first review was deleted** I’ve never left a negative review for a business before but had to share. Ordered four tempered glass inserts from Advanced for cabinets and paid over the phone. The next day, the sales woman said that her co-worker made a mistake and should’ve charged me $100 more for “tempered”. I look back at the quote and it says tempered on it! What?!?! I couldn’t believe what I was hearing… they were really trying to make me pay $100 more, especially after having just spent over $7000 with them for these cabinets back in January. My family does multiple renovations a year and even though their quality is good and affordable, it’s not worth the hassle dealing them anymore. Hopefully this is a wake up call to management but based on the replies to other customers they’ll try to justify it. Posting the quote for proof.

So glad I stopped in and gave these people a chance. I am a real estate professional and live nearby. In the past I stopped by and the service was horrible. Everyone inside was busy and rude. They could care less about you or your business. I decided to give them one more chance and I’m glad I did. This time around I was greeted by a nice professional lady by the name of Gosia. She was professional, kind and incredibly educated on their product line. Anna helped us with every facet of the project and was incredibly detail oriented. A custom kitchen for a custom home, install flew by with out issue. This project was for my home, however I will use and recommend Advanced to all in the future.

We can't say enough nice things about our designer, Angelika. Our kitchen is very small, and we were operating under a lot of constraints for our remodel; she found options that helped us maximize storage and include customized details (like patterned frosted glass doors, a bookcase, and a secret drawer in one of the floor cabinets), all within our budget and timeline. She answered our millions of questions, advised on sizing and layout adjustments, and, most importantly, let us try out ideas until we found something we really loved. We had issues with scheduling delivery and adding a last-minute order, both of which Angelika was able to solve for us quickly and keep us on track with our contractor. Advanced Cabinets was recommended to us by friends who had redone their kitchen, and we would absolutely do the same. We're so happy with the results. Thank you!
