Bobbi, Kate and the rest of the team have been phenomenal helping us with 2 remodel projects over the past 3 years. We first used Lifestyle Design to remodel a basement bath and upstairs hall bath, and were so pleased 2 years later we had them update our kitchen. We have been very impressed with how they are able to take our design ideas and add suggestions so that the space truly reflects our vision. Bobbi is great at responding if we have a question and keeping us informed of the ongoing schedule. We plan to use Lifestyle Design again next year to remodel our master bath!

We used Lifestyle Design for some major paint/decor/bathroom updating in our home. They helped us with prioritizing and budgeting as to make the most of our updates while staying within a reasonable budget. They helped us pick out fabrics, paint colors, fixtures and everything we needed. They coordinated all aspects of the project from start to finish, and followed up with all contractors on a timely basis. We updated paint/wallpaper, trim, doors, cabinets, light fixtures, window treatments, fireplace brick finish, floor tile, new bathroom fixtures, countertops, sinks, shower, etc. We love how everything turned out and would definitely recommend Lifestyle Design. Big thanks to Kelly and Bobbi for making this project run so smoothly.

Lifestyle Design is outstanding! They do everything, and in the most professional, tasteful, complete and high quality manner. They move from working with the client on design through sourcing products, through any remodeling undertaken, through set-up, and through completion of every last detail of a project. Owner Bobbi Alderfer and her amazing team have a wonderful sense of design, and apply it in a way that is responsive to and respectful of the client’s lifestyle, desires, taste and budget. They listen, and they truly understand that the finished work product must be what the client wants and will love. Lifestyle Design has done two projects for us, both of which involved renovations. Lifestyle not only planned the decor and renovations with us, but then contracted out and oversaw every aspect of the work, using the retinue of very high quality tradespeople with whom they have worked for years. Lifestyle promised us the work would be done within very specific and tight windows, and they pulled out all stops to make this happen and with beautiful results. On top of everything else, Bobbi and Karla and each of the Lifestyle Design team are a pleasure to work with, from all standpoints.

Moved into a 30 year old townhome in 2021 in Prestbury (Blackberry Hill) in Sugar Grove, Illinois. It’s a unique townhome with a great floor plan and unusual architectural features. It was , however, very dated in some areas and needed an upgrade. We hired Lifestyle Design (through recommendations from friends) to lead us through a total reconstruction of the master bath as well as upgrades to our master bedroom and family room. Bobbi and her staff were extremely helpful in all design phases, including but not limited to, project estimating, preparing design drawings, materials selection, procurement, project management, preparing procurement and construction schedules, demolition, construction, electrical, plumbing, cabinetry, carpentry, drywall, painting and jobsite surveillance. Bobbi uses only experienced and professional contractors which she has had years of experience with. This was very important to me because I wanted only experienced contractors to do the job right. Bobbi and her staff are all very knowledgeable, experienced, professional and polite. They are dependable and they listen . They make an effort to get to know their clients and their tastes. I would highly recommend Lifestyle Design for any interior design / remodeling project. We absolutely love our new bathroom and all other upgrades that were done. Great job Lifestyle Design and thank you Bobbie Alderfer for a job well done.

We are so happy with how our project turned out! We wanted to update our home, which included refinishing flooring, updating the stairway, painting trim, updating a powder room, new window treatments and new lighting. We mainly worked with Lori and Kelly. They did a wonderful job picking out the right pieces, fabrics and colors to match our style which made decision making so easy. We look forward to our next project and will definitely use Lifestyle Design again!
