We liked Robert and how he was prompt and did necessary maintenance and repairs in a timely fashion.
I just wish he would just have mentioned to me what's wrong with my parents' garage door sensor, that it was just only bent, and my husband would have fixed it easily and it would have saved them $100. It was a fast and super easy fix. Maintenance was still needed to be done regardless after 1 year, so my parents could have avoided that charge, especially them being a low income family. If we can get a price adjustment on that very small fix but big unexpected charge, we would greatly appreciate it!
Otherwise, we recommend Robert and Sears Garage Solutions.

The young man who came was great. Polite, efficient and did the job quickly. He was respectful of my property and left the work area clean. He also explained everything he did and how long it would probably take. If I ever need this type of work again I will call and ask for him if he is available. Thank you so much. His name is Nick.

The technician, Ray, arrived and was able to complete the replacement my garage door opener quickly and efficiently. He provided information about the system and controls, providing me with both the wall mounted and manual closure mechanisms. I am very satisfied with the work Ray completed. However, he did not remove the old equipment from my garage. According to information I was given when I purchased the new Chamberlain garage door opener system, the old materials were to be removed by the technician once the new materials were installed. Removal still needs to be done. Please notify me when someone will come out to take care of this.
Also, I electronically signed all the necessary paperwork and provided my email address when the installation was complete. I just checked my email and as yet, I have not received the copies of this paperwork which was to be sent. Please provide as soon as possible. Thank you for your excellent service!
