Recently a client of mine purchased tile at the Lake Zurich Il store. They were told that it could be picked in the afternoon of Friday January 26 2024. I arrived to pick it up at about 2pm. I spoke to the gentleman (later I found out he was the store manager) at the desk and he said the truck had not arrived yet with the delivery, and that it would not be able to be picked up until Saturday morning at 10am. I explained to him that I scheduled my installer to start at 7am on Saturday because we were told that it could be picked up on Friday afternoon. He said that there was nothing that could be done because the warehouse person would be gone. I explained my situation again but he said there was nothing he could do. I called the salesperson at the Lake Zurich store to explain what was going on and asked him to intervein. After several more hours I was finally told I could pick it up. The store manager was obviously not happy because he had to do it himself. Between the time I arrived to the time I pulled away, it was less than 5 minutes. Yet he was willing to completely mess up my schedule because he did not want to help. Customer service?

Shelle was so helpful to get out unorganized thoughts in order. There's so much to look at here and visualize. It is challenging to put together a tile design perfect enough to make a purchase on a first visit.

My experience with this store and especially with their associate Tara Gonzales was exceptional! They have a huge selection of tiles to choose from. Tara carefully listened to me & what I was looking for. Her direction was VERY helpful! The whole experience was one of the best I have had at a retail store in a very long time!

I went to pick out tile for a bathroom Reno and told him I was just waiting for the contractor to be free. I said what colors and finishes I want. No one else was in the store. He then led me to a huge section and left me to look. I expected some help. I asked to speak to the manager and was told he was the manager of the Hoffman Estates, IL store. This is the second time I was at this store. I had expected to pick out wall and floor tile today. This was the worse service ever. Even the service at a big discount store was better.

Nick was fantastic to work with on my bathrooms remodel. Expert knowledge and very accommodating when I changed the plan. He tracked down and actually went to another store to pick up the marble I needed ASAP! Super recommended!! Wish I could add pictures to this review.

Easy! Connor is good! Gives good advice! I'm a kitchen designer and I will definitely tell my clients to come see him Went in the morning picked out the tile they had it in stock picks it up after work took a total of 20 minutes including morning and later that night great team! Friendly great salesperson David will definitely be referring my clients to this location thanks everyone for your hard work

Walked into this store and experience was poor. It took about 10-15 minutes to even be greeted, several employees around conversing and sitting at tables too busy to want my business. Finally greeted by a male employee and he gave me pricing on some tile I had interest in and was willing to work with me on their inflated prices. But by that time it was too late I was turned off. I let him offer me what I would feel was a great deal for the formerly stated lackluster attention by the employees and it failed to hit the mark. Went and spent $550 at Lowes instead. Don't waste your time going to to this store.
