Tom did an awesome job. He was friendly, professional and he answered all of my stupid questions. Very service oriented company. I would recommend them to friends and family.
Was very thorough when finally getting around to coming out for an estimate. I wouldn’t use the website contact or scheduler, they obviously have issues with it, I would call & talk to someone. Explained a lot of details & did a good job selling me but didn’t provide a written estimate so when I sat down to compare with other quotes I had nothing to compare. Then you normally get jammed with add on fees & extra charges without it. Otherwise I might have gone with them as in my mind they were one of the top companies I spoke to. Not the most expensive or the cheapest one but reasonably priced.

Excellent service my tec Marek very nice and explained things to me so I could understand I thanked him for being there and his service this is a great company from the people that answer the phone to the techs

Tom was a wonderful technician. He did a great job in cleaning our ac unit, explaining what he did, and so friendly. We need more ppl like him!! Thanks Tom

Finally!!!! My ac got fixed. I tried a different company and they couldn’t figure out what was wrong with it. Thank you for sending someone knowledgeable the first time and getting it fixed within an hour.

Wasn’t very impressed with my experience. The technician who came out did not seem to know what he was doing. When it came to diagnosing my AC issues I was having. The technician claimed I needed a new voltage enhancement system. Just to be able to get my compressor running and see if there were any other issues. The company seems to really push joining their yearly membership and over charges. The technician couldn’t even explain what was wrong with the “voltage enhancement system” or what it did. I have a background in electrical and field service and it seemed to me they were trying to take advantage of a first time home buyer and gouging me for money for a fix they couldn’t even guarantee it would fix. I was quoted $500-$1500 for them to try and fix the issue.
So I decided to get a second opinion from a different company and a young technician who looked like he was fresh out of school came out and immediately knew what the issue was. He was able to get me up and running in a matter of minutes. Turned out I just needed a new capacitor. That company actually had integrity and I decided to go that route and sign up for their yearly membership. And was given a fair price for the repair and membership.
I would highly recommend staying away from this company. They will try and entice you with a cheap service visit charge but price gouge you with their quotes to repair and not even guarantee that they can fix the issue. Was not impressed and will not recommend to anybody.
A company I will recommend though is G & R Heating & Air. I had a great experience with them.

A 24HR representative, Andrew Punzel, came to our home the day after we called. He was prompt. He well aware of the products he
represented and details of there operation. He gave us several options to review. We closed the deal within an hour of his visit.

Wonderful technician . She is extremely knowledgeable. She took time to explain in detail everything she was checking and explaining why that was important. She even took out her own hose and completely cleaned my unit . Highly recommend her.

Awesome company and brilliant Technician, Tom is our favorite. Professional, friendly and never rips you off like others. Flexible appointments, great communication and quality service. You will never have to pay more than you should and the annual plan is very reasonable , especially for the exceptional service.
