I had a great experience working with Joel & MBR Wrecking, Inc., for my demolition service. Joel was very professional and extremely knowledgeable regarding all permitting requirements. The company always responded quickly to any questions or concerns I had about the entire demolition process. Most notably, Joel was exceptionally helpful and went above and beyond when I experienced challenges in dealing with regulatory and permitting city agencies. Without his insight into the bureaucratic processes and bringing in additional resources, the entire ordeal would have been much more arduous and stressful. Once these obstacles were cleared, the entire demolition was effortless and expeditious. I am very grateful to MBR Wrecking LLC for all their hard work and highly recommend their services.

Joel was easy to work with, and responsive to all my requests throughout the demolition process of my residential building. The most difficult part was working with the City of Chicago, but that was to be expected, and his team kept me abreast of where we were at. Once all our permits came through, fencing was up the next morning and demolition started. I would definitely recommend them to anyone I know for demo.
