Highly recommend these guys! We used them to upgrade our elevator, and they worked late to complete the job on time so that one of the residents could move the next day. We really appreciated them putting in the extra hours to finish!

They mis diagnosed my elevator problem and wanted an extremely high price for the parts they said we needed. I had another company look at the problem and they fixed it without needing any new parts. They also said if the part was needed it would cost much less than the quote from Complete Elevator

We recently started working with complete elevator through great reviews. They showed up on time, gave us a time estimate for completition of the job. The best part was that they were able to finish the job early. I would recommend complete elevator to my business partners for any elevator maintenance or repairs. They have a great team that works for them. I can't say enough wonderful things about this company, and the way they run things.

I had an elevator emergency in my building that needed to be resolved. Remind you this was in the middle of the night. I tried calling other elevator services to take care of the elevator issue. No one answered the phone or i got answering service saying that they will page the on call tech and have them call me back. This same thing played out over and over. Same old Bs I'm going to call one more place and I got a live person not an answering service or voicemail. The person I spoke to was John he actually picked up the phone. I told him my situation and advised him that this needs to be taken care of right away. John told me that he would have his techs out their soon. Sure enough they were their an hour later diagnosing the problem and they found it. luckily for me it was a small issue and easy fix. I thought it would cost me a fortune being an emergency call and a bigger problem then what it turned out to be. The technicians were very nice and very professional. They took the time to explain to me what they found and how they could fix it and answered all my questions. I would call Complete Elevator Service again and I have. Now I use their service all the time for all my buildings elevator needs.
