This is a shout out to Jeff Moore and DME, who came to home and explained the BRUNO CHAIR LIFT! I have MS, and climbing stairs was difficult. I fought help! After purchasing the lift, the measurements to manufacturer and design was easy as 123!! After 6 weeks of Manufacturing the installation yesterday 3/27/24 by Jeff and Kyle was final done. Took a lot of time and work, but went smoothly.
For the first time since October 2023 I was able to go back upstairs to my bed room, bed and shower. What a game changer and MENTAL ATTITUDE adjustment. As I told my wife, a lot of money, but worth every penny. We can now stay in our two story home.

Quick response, on-time arrival, quick repair. What else could I ask for? Always a pleasure working with DME; prompt service, very professional. I always know any problems will be resolved particularly if Jeff is the technician assigned.

Great Service Provider always available to work around our schedule. Techs are knowledgeable, helpful & courteous. Would recommend them 100% The technician that came to do our lift was very nice & courteous.

DME Technicians were very knowledgeable and courteous. They were delayed for issues beyond their control, yet were patient with both the inspector and alarm company to see that we were in compliance and passed inspection.

In July 2023 we needed a stairlift installed in our home for mobility issues. Being seniors we were nervous about the cost and wanted to find a company we could trust to install and service whatever we needed. We are extremely pleased with the services from DME Elevators & Lifts in Lisle! The pricing plan quoted was great and we have decided to purchase the stairlift. If you’re ever in need of a dumb waiter, wheelchair lift, chairlift, elevator, etc Contact DME Lift in Lisle and ask for Jeff Morrow. He did not try to oversell but was eager to answer questions and make sure that we purchased exactly what was needed. He also handled the installation and instruction for safe usage. Overall a very pleasant experience!

Went to the showroom to give our son a chance to see if he could operate the lift independently. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable and patient with our questions. Looking forward to the lift we will have in our house when it is finally built!
