I had the pleasure of meeting with Steve Flint at Flint Architects recently, and I can't speak highly enough of my experience. From the start, Steve made me feel comfortable and welcomed, showing an unmatched level of patience when addressing all of my queries. His knowledge about building codes, architectural history, and his passion for his projects are truly impressive.
What's more, his involvement within his community is commendable. It is clear that he not only cares about his work, but also the people and the neighborhood around him.
I approached Flint Architects with a plan to do a build-out for hosting events and needed ample parking space. Steve immediately understood my needs and provided invaluable suggestions. His insight was backed with relevant examples that demonstrated his vast experience in the field, which made decision-making much easier for me.
His suggestions were not only practical but also innovative, making me excited about the future of my project. His passion and commitment to his work made me confident that I made the right choice with Flint Architects.

Steve Flint has been a fantastic architect, for now two of our substantial home remodel projects that required an architect. He is smart, nice, and thinks of all the issues. And reasonably priced.

Great customer service is not only for the external customer. How a company treats their employees is a hallmark of how they treat their customers. My company had the privilege of placing an employee with Flint Architects; an employee who thanks us to his day for the connection. He is grateful to work in an atmosphere of trust, integrity, and commitment to excellence. Those are the qualities that customers experience with Flint Architects.

I had the distinct pleasure of working with Steve Flint from Flint Architects for a significant project involving the redesign of our building layout. We sought to transform our first-floor business space and create the layout for the two apartments on the second floor. From the initial consultation to the final implementation, Steve's expertise and professionalism shone through.
Steve Flint exhibited a remarkable understanding of our vision and requirements. He seamlessly translated our ideas into a well-thought-out architectural plan that not only met but exceeded our expectations.
