We had several electricians come out after seeing flames and sparks in our electrical panel. The initial investigation by Erik at Mr. Electric was handled really well, the price was right, and we just had him back to do all the upgrading and fixing. We love how the company includes a photo and name of the person coming over in advance of an appointment (great safety feature that more service companies ought to provide). Erik did a great job and other than having upgraded systems and equipment, you'd never know he'd been in our home - very professional, courteous, careful and caring. We won't hesitate to call again when needed or recommend to others.
Electrician was nice and friendly and knowledgeable. However I have a whole that he left above new light twitch that was installed. I was not offered a fix to the over cut in my wall or repair. I was just told I can fix on my own.

From old outdated Panel to new and improved Panel and the price was right. Thank you Ivan for a job well done!

Great Company! Showed up precisely on time for the estimate and installation of a level-2 charger. Erik and his coworker did the job quickly and cleanly. I can wholeheartedly recommend them for any electrical work.

I had a fantastic experience with Mr. Electric of Lombard, particularly with their technician Erik. From the moment I called, Erik's professionalism and clear communication stood out. He not only expertly installed the whole house surge protector but also identified and addressed a potential safety issue with another breaker, ensuring everything was up to code and safe. I greatly appreciate Erik's attention to detail and commitment to ensuring our home's electrical system is secure. I highly recommend Mr. Electric of Lombard for any electrical needs.

Brad came out and replaced 10 of our old fixtures with new LED lights. He did a great job, in that we didn't even know he was there (we were seeing patients at that time), the results were superb and his clean-up was perfect. We didn't even need to vacuum after him. LOL Highly recommended.
