Otis will absolutely service your elevator... you just have to pay for $850/hour, including their drive time from Indiana. Yes, you pay for them to drive, regardless of where they live. $2,500 to tell you that the power had been turned off and to flip a switch.

I would give 0 stars if I could. The repairmen at this company have absolutely no clue what they are doing. Have been out to the high rise I live in MULTIPLE times the past few months (so many times-I’ve lost track). Yet they keep breaking down- sometimes the same day that the repairs were done!!! Total incompetence by Otis and unsafe for the residents that live here. This company must think it’s name is the selling point. I would stay far away from this company. The name is not worth it.

I have been lied to since managing a property that uses this company to service our elevator and I have to constantly follow up with them to schedule service appointments been told lies about who the inspection company is beware of this company every time you turn around they want to charge you for something else
