This was the 3rd or 4th tile shop we visited. By the time we got there, our contractors planned to install the tile the next day. Luckily, Virginia was able to narrow down options that we could leave with on the same day. She walked us through every step and was very candid about the maintence of each stone. With her expertise, we were able to gain knowledge and make an educated decision on what would best fit our lifestyle.
The bathroom is my favorite room in the whole house and we owe it all to her! She is amazing and I’d recommend her to everyone I know in the hunt for tile!
Virginia was excellent to work with. She presented us with several options for our kitchen backsplash and the one we chose looks fantastic. The whole process from start to finish couldn’t have gone better.

We loved working with Virginia at the tile shop. She has an excellent eye and spent lots of time on two different occasions helping us find what would work for our bathroom. There is a large selection of tile at many different price points. Virginia really has beautiful ideas and came up with a combination of tiles that is so much more beautiful than anything I could have imagined!

We were directed to go to the Tile Shop in Lombard by our Contractor as they have had great interactions with that team for a long time. We got connected with Kyle B there, and we could not be happier with the experience and the results. We redid both the Master bath and the Kids Bathroom. Kyle expertly guided two overwhelmed first time remodelers through picking out bath tile as well as floor tile for both rooms. Needless to say the result is amazing. Thanks Kyle!!

Big thank you to my Tile Shop Designer Yasna!!! You were instrumental in helping me choose the perfect tile for my Kitchen project. The Tile Shop has so much to choose from and Yasna helped me to narrow it down to some great choices and it worked!!

Meeting and eventually working with Kolleen Elmer was so fortunate for us. Kolleen's design acumen, attention to detail, and professionalism is second to none. My husband and I took on a huge redesign of our kitchen and mudroom and felt a bit overwhelmed. Kolleen was our saving grace. Her experience, ideas and recommendations made it a fun renovation! We came to the Tile Shop in Lombard and met with Virginia Marcotte Leon. We showed her a sample of our flooring and needed her assistance to find the best tile to compliment our new bathroom and family room. Virginia did an outstanding job! In a few minutes, she showed us the perfect titles.
