Josh Hartman came out to talk over replacing my HVAC system last week. I wasn’t aware that I needed to keep my maintenance up every six months because the company I used about 8 years ago didn’t tell me nor reach out to me to keep my warranty active. During his inspection he noticed that my heat exchanger was showing signs of failure and my evaporator coil was leaking water into my furnace. My AC was about 15 years old and I decided the best option was to replace both the furnace and the AC. I was not happy about needing to make the repair, but Josh talked through the options with me and made sure that I got the system that was the best for my family’s needs. He did a great job of explaining that Leslie will be keeping up with me every six months to protect my investment and I won’t have to worry about this going out of warranty again for another ten years. I spoke with two other companies before Josh H came out and none of them were nearly as professional as he was. Leslie, you have a comfort consultant, keep up the good work Josh!

Josh did an amazing job! He walked me through everything he was doing and explained what everything was! He went as far as buying a new ladder so he could get to my AC unit on the roof! He went above and beyond! I can not wait to get my new AC unit! He made this process so easy! I had been dreading trying to find a company and new unit! A previous company I had come out did not explain anything and just informed me that I needed a new unit and what the price would be. I totally recommend Leslie heating, cooling, & electric! Honestly they earned 5 stars before they even arrived. We booked online which was super easy. Someone called to confirm and ask questions same day (a Saturday). Before the technicians arrived a picture is texted to you along with their name which made me feel really safe and I really really appreciated it. We Worked with Tom (Repairs) and Josh (Sales). Tom was very honest and kind. He explained the cost for the repairs but never pressured us. Josh took the time to answer all of our questions, he was so friendly and gave us all the options. He never pushed back on a "no" or tried a hard sell. They worked hard to get us the very best and scheduled us an install for the next day. Would recommend to anyone.

I have felt at ease since my first visit from Tom O. patiently and efficiently walking me through my biannual inspection of my sump pump, furnace, hot water heater, & AC unit to meeting my technician Gus D. Who went above and beyond replacing my old AC unit and leaking gas pipes in my basement! Gus never left until the job was safely and completely finished. I recommend them to EVERYONE!

600.00 to install a copper pipe Update I called you guys the next day to get an invoice so I could see why it cost me so much. I told the lady over the phone that I felt you guy took advantage of me because I needed the repair done asap. I was told the person that I have to talk to was in a meeting that as soon as it was over he would call me this was Tuesday it’s Friday and still no call you guys replied to my review quick but couldn’t call me back. Come on you guys 600.00 to install a copper pipe 52 inches long no other work was done but I think maybe you didn’t call me because you now you overcharged me for the work you did.
