Called late on a Saturday night. Got locked out of apartment with my daughter. Him and his wife were so kind and went out of their way to figure out how to get me back in due to it being a master lock. Definitely will recommend, very nice down to earth people. 5 stars!

Getting rather annoyed. On Google it says they’re open until 4pm. On their door it says until 12pm. U call them and they say until 11. U go there before 11 THEY ARENT OPEN!!! I live 30 miles away. 60 miles round trip. I’ve been trying to get 2 keys cut for 2 weeks wasting gas every day trying to be there when they’re open but they never are!!! How do u expect to run a business if you’re never open or can’t follow your own hours!!! Waste of gas I don’t have every day. Ridiculous!

Positive: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, Value Chris was honest and on time. The price he quoted me, was very reasonable $75 for service fee plus parts. Chris also went above and beyond to help me move something very heavy and put a tarp over it as I just had spine surgery/. ***Thanks a million Chiris!!!*** Loretta.

Customer service was great. I locked my keys in my car and they came and unlocked it for me but $75?? I was in macomb just a few blocks from their shop and he was there for 5 minutes. $75 is a little excessive.
