Advance Deck and Sunroom was great to work with. A 4 man crew worked 5 days per week in hot summer conditions to complete the deck and porch as quickly as possible. They took their lunch breaks during my lunch times so I could let my dogs out into the backyard, and they even blocked the bottom of the stairs until the deck was safe for my dogs to climb on. Our new deck and porch are high quality and appear built to last. They look great. The crew even came back to clean the deck and porch after they were finished.

The experience, talent, and professionalism of Advance Deck & Sunroom was immediately obvious. The front porch deck they added to our house increased its value financially and practically. Our old stoop was dangerous. Now we have a safe stairway and beautiful place where we sit outside every evening for a relaxing end of the day. This was one of the best improvements we made to our home. Thank you to everyone at Advance Deck & Sunroom ! ! ! We've never had better contractors.

We love how our deck came out. The crew worked fast and were very professional throughout. Aside from their craftsmanship, I was most impressed with their communication each step of the way. I knew exactly what was going on at all times and I’m looking forward to spending lots of time out enjoying our new deck once the weather improves.

We live on the side of a ravine and knew our build was going to be challenging. Tom and the team went above and beyond - exceeding our high expectations. Tom is a great communicator and very engaged part of the design and scoping process. We felt taken care of. The craftsmanship and care displayed by his team -despite dealing with the complexities of a hill side build- was incredible. Tom has been working with his team for a long time and it shows. The crew was clean, kind and polite and made sure to check-in with us at all stages of the build. We've added a tremendous amount of functionality and value to our home. When we decide to add-on or expand in the future, we will be calling Tom and the Advanced Deck Team. Highly recommend.

Absolute 5 ? all around. From deck design to the finishing touches my experience with Advance Deck and Sunroom was truly stress free. First off, Tom is a true professional. He came out and drew up exactly what we had envisioned. He had a huge catalog of decks he had completed before to help us decide on color schemes. He was able to answer all of our questions and make us feel comfortable about taking on such a big project. As much as we enjoyed the design process with Tom; the construction was just as wonderful. Jake and the rest of the crew were amazing. They are very detail oriented builders and will make sure the final product is better than you could have imagined. They built my deck with a level of focus and dedication you typically only find if someone is doing something for themselves. If you're looking to have a TREX deck installed don't look any further than Advance Deck and Sunroom! The material is the same no matter where you go, but I promise you won't find a company with better customer service or craftsmanship, no matter how hard you look.
