We are very pleased with the results of our new paint job! This was the first time that we ever used professional painters, it won't be the last. The crew showed up on time and jumped right into the project. We were amazed that so much painting could be done in a day and a half with such excellent results. Three coats on the ceiling and two on the walls with only one misplaced drop of paint on a window that took 2 seconds to clean up. We would recommend CertaPro Painters to anyone looking for a great paint job at a fair price.

Everyone with whom I worked with at CertaPro Painters were professionals by the very definition! Alli Sanders (sales associate), did the estimate and handled the early phase of the job. She was very helpful with the color coordination because of the lighting, and plaster walls (home was built in 1938). We had to go through numerous samples to get the right colors. Sea Salt (just an amazing color), Popular Gray, and August Moon were the colors we selected for the various rooms. Her help was very beneficial to me. She took the time to explain how the lighting that comes through each room would affect and bring out each color. The paint crew, which consisted of two highly qualified painters, were the epitome of punctual, professional and hard-working. Every room that was painted was done with care, as if it were their own house that they were painting. They were incredibly helpful and responsive, every step of the way - including after the job itself had started and finished. This fresh internal paint job was a very high priority for me to get done, and I have absolutely no regrets hiring SertaPro Painters! It was a pretty big project with no delays on their side, and the results were impressive. The job was done in the amount of time they quoted, with exceptional clean-up afterwards. I highly recommend SertaPro Painters for their professionalism, quick communication, execution, skill, and affordable pricing. I am very impressed with this company, and I would not hesitate to recommend their services. Give them the opportunity - they will not disappoint you!

From start to finish it was a wonderful experience! Dee, the receptionist was pleasant and informative. She scheduled someone to come out and do an estimate right away. Rob was thorough, kind, and trustworthy! Andre and Alex were efficient and on time both days. They did a fantastic job painting and patching all the walls. The space was clean and picked up after the job was done. Best customer service we have had in a very long time!!!

They came for the initial appt. on time. and within a few hours had a complete detailed description and quote for the project. They were always communicating and answered any question I had. The project manager was willing to adjust the schedule due to needed repairs being done first. The crew were friendly and I could tell they took their job seriously. The lead crew member was willing to stop and answer any concerns I had. They did not rush the job, but made sure I was totally satisfied with the job before they left. I have already recommended them to others.

Stay away from this company. Being a owner of a business myself I’m astonished at the unprofessionalism of the franchise owner to correct a job I contracted to them. His resolution was to place a bandaid on a cut artery. The sales rep and his boss mike and mike were however professional. If your considering using them I would highly consider using another company as they sub contract out their work, do a poor quality job and In my case left my home in worse shape then when they started. Extremely Disappointed

Unfortunately we did not have a great experience with Certapro. The initial estimate consultation was great but the work done was subpar. I don’t know if it was just the crew we had but the painting in our living room was streaky and two toned. They didn’t paint all the way up to the ceiling so there was a 2 inch gap of different toned paint between the ceiling and the wall.The drywall repair was a mess as they didn’t seal off the room or protect the carpet in the room they were sanding and mudding in so the dust covered our entire first floor of our house. The finished drywall has ripples and is very noticeable. It took a combined 8 hours to clean the sheet rock dust. They did comeback and fix their mistakes but the whole experience wasn’t great. I will not be using them again as you don’t know what painting crew you’re going to get. I think they need to do a better job vetting the painting contractors they use.
