I went in to have two custom pieces of glass cut and after waiting a week past the estimated time given, I called and was told that it would be another week at least. I understood and chalked it up to a busy summer season. Soon after, we had to have a new window put in our old house that we had moved out of. I paid 50% at the time of the order, was given a six week estimate, and was told someone would call to schedule the install. Was called today by the installer who was waiting at the old house for someone to let him in. I informed him that I had no idea he was coming and that I was at work. I scrambled to find someone to let him in and called him back. He then asked if I was still the responsible party to pay for the new window and I said I was. He told me that the company liked him to collect payment upon completion of the job. I informed him that since the company gave me no heads-up on the appointment, that someone could call me and I would give them the payment over the phone. He completely understood and was very gracious. I was called this afternoon (still at work) and asked if I had a chance to look over the work. As I was still at work, I said I hadn't and then I was asked for payment, which I provided. Both interactions that I have had with this company have left a sour taste in my mouth. I believe that next time I'm in the market for glass, I will be looking elsewhere.

They were closed when we got there but was driving by saw us and stopped . Opened the shop and tryed to help us out. They didn't have to but even though they didn't have the part's I will go back for the caring they showed. Thank you.

I called for help with a door lock shortly after 4pm yesterday, not knowing exactly what i needed. I was told to come on in to the store, and had 2 extremely helpful people wait on me, looked at the photos of my situation, gave me instructions and advice and sold me the part that I would need, and was out the door before the time they were to close at 430pm! I was able to complete the install myself last night following the instructions given and all is well! Thank you for providing EXCELLANT customer service!
