Rented a trencher and the process is quick and easy. Customer service is great. The machine was in good working order and easy to use. Highly recommend

I ve rented from rentall for years and have always had a good experience. I ve had a couple different times with a mini excavator where the fuel filter seemed like they needed replaced but for the most part I've had a positive experience from this business

I had a family member rent equipment to use for a day. It was to be returned at 8-9 the next day. I called them that morning to tell them I couldn't get it returned until that person got off work around 12-12:30 (they got called in) because I am not able to lift more than 15lbs due to a back injury. When I spoke to the gentleman, and specifically told him what was going on he said quote on quote "that's fine". He never mentioned being charged another day. If that was the case I would have went door to door in my neighborhood asking anyone to help me to help from being charged for some thing I didn't use. I call to ask about the charge and he said there's nothing he can do about it, and it was the person I spoke to then. I would tell people in the future that they will be charged instead of saying "that's fine".

I've used this company a number of times. The equipment is always top notch, well maintained, and I always get good instruction when renting an unfamiliar piece. Prices are reasonable. What else matters? Five stars.

The last time I came to Marion Rent-All was a year ago and they were so incredibly rude that I swore I'd never go back. Well, circumstances led me back there anyway where I was treated even more rudely. The employees seem fine but the big boss man is as condescending and unhelpful as they get. Worth the extra drive to the Murdale True Value where they at least know how to talk to you like a human being.
