I had to have new locks put in at my center and needed additional keys made. Went to home Depot, Ace hardware (twice ? ) where I ran into Foster's locksmith. He attempted to help me with this unique key but was unable to help but recommended me to Doug's. What an amazing place! Good employees, polite and knew their business!! They had my 8 keys made and I was out the door in no time and the price was very reasonable!! I highly recommend. I loved how the guy was teaching his employee the trade and encouraging him every step of the way. Great local business
Very pleasant company to work with. The staff were very knowledgeable and efficient. I would highly recommend their services. It's nice to see true professionals at work.

Lost my only key to my truck, after calling many, many other places to have a replacement made, Doug's was the only place that said "we'll take care of it", had my truck towed to Doug's and was back on the road in less than 20 minutes! A+ service, I am a very satisfied and happy customer. Thanks again Daniel!

Doug and Tim were so professional and personable. I was locked out of my car and they were incredibly willing to help and went well past their business hours to get me in and ensure my vehicle wouldn’t lock me out again. If you want above and beyond service and for it to be done by people who are experts in their field, this is the place.

The other day a handicapped friend of mine asked me to help him bring his newly purchased vehicle to Doug’s to get the keys programed. When we arrived I pulled into a spot next to the building and my Buddy pulled toward the back of the lot. I went into the store explained to the associate that I was there on my friend’s behalf due to him having major back surgery recently and he was not very mobile. The associate was super helpful and said he would see if he could do it right there and get us out of there quickly or if t would be more of a task and require us to leave the truck. My friend backed the truck where instructed so he could communicate and not need to get out of the truck. Suddenly a man comes out of the store and without asking any questions demands we move the truck. We tried to kindly and calmly explain the situation but we're interrupted every single time. He talked over us. He would not listen to anything we tried to explain. He was obviously upset and not going to hear us out. He took the keys from the associate who was working on our vehicle and *tossed it on my friends lap disrespectfully. The coworker who originally helped us was shocked and tried several times to apologize for his coworkers behavior. We are truly appalled by this. I can not believe this happened! Unfortunately after reading other reviews it seems this type of behavior is a trend for how they treat their customers. Potential clients beware.
