I have been a very pleased customer of Olympic Pools in Marion under the ownership of Charlie and Jude Robinson and now Chad and Lexi McPherson! They always have whatever chemicals I need and are so good to lead me through step by step what I need to do to keep my pool water sparkly clean each summer!
Owners Chad and Lexi are wonderful! Both are MHS grads, very hard working, and will go the extra mile for their customers. Highly recommend!

Chad & Lexi were both great to work with and so was their team. They removed our old pool liner and replaced with a new one in a timely manner and at a more than reasonable price. Their team also closed our pool for the winter in record time. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a new pool or for repairs on their current one!

The customer service and knowledge they provide are great! We were in the market for a hot tub, and needed to know costs, chemicals, upkeep, as well as what would best suit our needs. So after going to multiple businesses in the area (with little to no luck on getting the assistance we needed) we had almost gave up. Then we stepped into their store. We had a great experience, and cannot recommend them enough. They were able to answer all of our questions, and helped us to make an informed decision! Thank you!

We purchased our above ground pool in 2021 and I can't say enough good things about the company. Camilla answered all of my questions, and believe me there were a lot. She never made me feel like I was bothering her. She is also responds promptly to emails. The install went smoothly and was completed in one day, the crew consisted of the owner and 2 others. We have also used them to close and open the pool (2 time for each) and they have done a great job each time. Additionally, we have purchased chemicals and steps from the company and they carry good quality reasonably priced products. I would high recommend Olympic Pools.

They will test your pool for free (you bring the water in a clean container) if you're a customer (you're buying the products from them) and they'll test it for a charge if you're not. They will recommend the types and amounts of chemicals you need to fix the water. So far they've been absolutely correct. Our pool is crystal clear. Good people...pool guys that open and close pools are experienced.

Took 48 hours to get a call back from Olympic. Went with TNT in Carbondale. They got a pump installed within 24 hours......before I even got the call from Olympic.
