Worst company I've worked for in my life. Current employees be sure to use up your PTO and don't put in a notice before quitting. They'll make sure to not pay out and fire you on the spot if you give notice. If that's how they'll treat employees, customers be warned. Edit: I came to the job with 5 years experience, if training is sending someone out to cold call every day with little to no support then you'll definitely get plenty of training with them. The only real training is 3 days of learning how to enter orders and quote out of a book. As for the PTO policy, just because that's what it is doesn't make it right. My warning to the next guy is use it up before they go and don't give a 2 week notice. Let them know you're leaving on your last day. A voluntary departure is when you work until the effective day you said. Getting fired on the spot was not voluntary. As long as the next guy learns from me.

I’m an older recently widowed woman. My kids told me that I needed a security system with cameras for their piece of mind. Mike came to the house and explained what I needed where. I really had no idea and he explained my questions in a way I could understand. This young man is truly an asset to your company. He talked me through the whole process.
