I have had my fair share of issues with this company and the service.
1) I ordered custom cabinets and I feel I got pre-fab cabinets with some very poor paint job (this will be important)
2) the amount of delays and lies they told me about when my cabinets would come. Things such as. they are going to come tomorrow to drop the cabinets off….no one comes or calls back. Then they tell me my cabinets aren’t even there and still 3 more weeks until they arrive. This happened MULTIPLE TIMES. They couldn’t give me a straight answer if their lives depended on it. I got the cabinets 2 months after they should have arrived.
3) the cabinets came with missing pieces. Had to go back a fourth to get all the pieces.
4) I sent the cabinets back to be repainted because they came like someone who didn’t know how to spray doors tried to do it. I mean the orange peel texture was alllll over it. It was horrible. So much texture and it was by far worse than something even I would paint.
5) within a year, parts were breaking off the cabinets and the paint was peeling. I thought it was me being rough, but then I started to notice it was peel in places I never touched. It was also warping because they didn’t paint the underside of the cabinet and left exposed mdf on the underside. Even though it was no where near the ‘wet area’ of my kitchen; still warping. I brought in a professional who paints cabinets exclusively- not only did they not prime the cabinets but they didn’t even use the right paint. I contacted multiple painters and all came and gave the same assessment- the cabinets were not painted correctly and were built with poor quality.
6) customer service is non-existent. Everyone working here is wasting your time. They either know nothing or pretend to know nothing so they can’t take the blame for their actions. I called multiple times about the paint issue and was told ‘just touch it up.’ She even had me come out to get a touch up kit- to then only find out she didn’t check that my cabinets were custom. I wasted 1.5 hours driving to get a useless touch up kit.
Honestly, I was recommended these people by my carpenter, but looking back, I shouldn’t have gone with them (or my carpenter even). Do your own research, spend more money, go elsewhere.
