I truly have had a positive outlook for this company. I was impressed the moment they showed on the property. Restore new exactly what to do and did it well. I have nothing to complain about and that is rare these days. Mike Chris Mark John and Candy and all the rest I thank you. I Also have to compliment Pedro Garcia, he is always on top of his game.
Restore has been working in our building since a large fire three weeks ago. I happened to meet Pedro one day while he was working and he has been very helpful. He always has a smile and asks how we are doing. He was a big help to one of my neighbors to retrieve some of her belongings. We are living in a hot, stuffy building with noisy air scrubbers and dehumidifiers everywhere. Having someone like Pedro working at our site gives me confidence that they care about us. I feel a real connection.

Following a fire to my dad's house, I got connected with Restore for board up services. A simple board up turned into a full service Restore. The house was totaled and needed to be gutted from the fire/water damage. We were dealing with my dad's declining health so we were relieved that the Restore team took care of everything from the clean up, demo, design, and restoration. They even dealt with the insurance company which took a HUGE burden off of us (Do not try to do this alone!) Everyone on the team from start to finish (Auggie, Zakee, Michael, Sue, Nick, Silvia, Candi, Julian and everyone else behind the scenes). Our GC, Julian, was a pleasure to work with. He always kept us informed on progress and any changes as it was happening. He made himself available 24/7 and was always happy to nswer questions. You hear a lot of nightmares about renovation projects but the restore team went above and beyond. Thanks for everything! I hope to never experience a fire or other serious issue again, but if I do, I'll be confident knowing Restore is there to help.
