Two years after install (excellent and professional): Last week experienced short power outage with function as expected. After restoration, access was lost to Mobile Link Connection. Unknown cause but listened to with real concern. Josh arranged a prompt service tech visit from Clayton. He attentively listened to my attempts to resolve as shown in manual and within a few minutes connection was restored. He carefully explained how the connection functions and possible causes. 360 Walks their Talk. No regrets Highest Recommendation! Sincerely

I chose 360 Electric for my home solar project, and couldn't be happier I did. I pursued 4 bids in total from other companies. The sales staff at 360 was the most friendly, least pushy, and had the most professional and straightforward approach to designing my project. Price-wise, they also offered the best value, and I trust them the most to be around to service the contract for the next 30 years. The installation process was seamless, and I was completely functional in under 90 days from start to finish. I am now fully solar, and am tracking my production from the palm of my hand! After the power was turned on, I was given an in-person full debrief on how to use and maintain my system... along with a full personalized binder of all the equipment, warranties, etc. They even handled the application for all rebates and incentives including a personalized recommendation sheet PRE-FILLING OUT my federal tax credit for when tax season comes. I can truly say that 360 is full-service at a world class level when it comes to these solar installations. I couldn't recommend 360 more highly.

I wanted to leave a review for 360 because of how impressed I was with their crew. They were professional, knowledgeable, personable, and were very open to answering questions and explaining what they were doing. I would highly recommend the 360 team to anyone!

Almost $800 and 3 months to change out under cabinet lights. First they put in 12 volt lights with a 24 volt transformer which is a fire hazard! Second they had the connector loose so we had disco strobe lighting under the second cabinet. Finally they had warm lights under the first two cabinets and cool daylight under the third cabinet. Ridiculous

Kevin was a real pleasure to work with as we determined the size and payback of my new solar system. He was very professional, ethical, and knowledgeable of how this solar system works. He was able to determine the best layout of the roof solar panels for the maximum efficiency. Their installation team was very professional and was able to do the complete installation in one day on my roof despite the high temperatures. I was able to have the system connected very quickly from Ameren and am able to watch my produced energy vs consumed energy on my smart phone. I highly recommend 360 Electric Heating/Cooling as an excellent contractor and would definitely work with them again.
