I had a great experience with American Rental. I had reserved a 925 mini skid and when I went to pick it up, they did not have one available, but they gave me a bigger machine for the same price. pickup was easy and quick, and dropoff was a breeze and no hidden fees. All in all, I would use them again!
This was my first time at there Morton IL outlet. I reserved a pallet jack online, then called the facility to confirm it. The guy on the phone confirmed one was available and took my info. Within minutes I had emails confirming the rental & requesting payment. Perfect. I picked up the jack this morning at 6:30 am, their opening time, and ran through a seamless process of procuring it. Super easy. I'm impressed with their processes, the facility, and the friendly/helpful people there.

This was the only equipment rental place open on a Saturday. I needed something short notice, they came through and with great rates. The staff I dealt with was incredibly friendly. American Rental will definitely be my "go-to" spot going forward.

I have rented a few things from them over the years. Most recently, rented a sod cutter from their Morton location - process was very smooth and fast, which is great! I do miss their Peoria Heights location (since it was closer to home), but I really like the drive through process in Morton. Nice job guys! Thank you!

Excellent service provided when I rented a yard aerator. Greg was very knowledgeable about the equipment, and both he and Aaron were flexible to work with me when I had to shift the timing of the rental. Also, ended up needing to use it just a bit longer than the rental time, and they were flexible and reasonable with that too. Equipment was in good working condition; personnel showed me exactly how to use it.
