We just completed our 4th project with Kitchen Master, so obviously we love their work! This time it was a "down to the studs" kitchen and bath remodel in our historic home. Everyone who worked on the project was professional and added to the quality of the experience. Our kitchen is beautiful and was finished on time according to the time frame we were given from the start. Exceptional work all around!
I would like to thank our designer Kathy Mahoney, our remodeling supervisor Tom Myers and the carpenters Josh and Anthony for the great work completed to remodel our kitchen. The work was completed very timely and the communication by the Kitchen Master team was excellent during the project. We are very pleased with the result. I highly recommend the Kitchen Master for your remodeling needs. The work started with the demolition of the old kitchen and the Kitchen Master team was very careful with all aspects of the project. I believe the subcontractors utilized for the tile work, wood floors and interior painting were all great people to work with. Thank you for an amazing kitchen!

Kitchen Master is the hidden gem of the western suburbs. I’ve never seen an advertisement for them and only learned about them through recommendations from friends. We had an awesome experience from start to finish. We hired them to update our kitchen, powder room, office, laundry area and install new floors and update the staircase. Joseph, our designer, spoke to us in length about what we wanted and problems we wanted to solve. He came up with fantastic ideas to enhance each of those spaces. The project manager was extremely efficient and the project started and ended on time. All the tradesmen who worked in the house were polite and did exceptional work. When they left at the end of each day things were left clean and tidy. The first floor of our home is gorgeous and everyone who visits is blown away by the transformation. Kitchen Master uses high quality materials and the workmanship is exceptional.

Recently completed MBR remodel. Recommend KM highly. Their process methodically guides you from start to finish so that you can make selections and review them carefully before putting a nail in the stud. The workmanship and neatness during installation are excellent. Everybody from the showroom to the installation crew was courteous, attentive, and responsive to questions. We're very pleased with the quality of products for the shower enclosure, vanity, counter, and accessories. If you're looking for premium, you found it.

My husband and I did a kitchen cabinet refacing project with The Kitchen Master and had a fantastic experience. We were guided through the process every step of the way. Everyone on the team was extremely professional. The work was completed on schedule by individuals that are very skilled at their craft. We are absolutely thrilled with the end result!!! Our bathrooms are next on the list and we will certainly use The Kitchen Master again.

After reviewing multiple candidates, we chose to work with the Kitchen Master for our kitchen project. While other companies focused on a complete remodel and tear down, Kitchen Master provided great design advice that matched our initial vision of a kitchen refresh versus a full kitchen remodel.
From the design stage with Joseph Kiselyk, managing the project with Tom Meyer and working with the team of expert artisans Anthony, Ricardo, and Audel our vision was realized to complete satisfaction.
We appreciated the sound design advice, the great attention to detail, and the responsiveness to our needs. The team was committed to our timeline, they were professional in every aspect of the project and they left the worksite spotless. It was a great experience!

The project: complete kitchen remodel (down to the studs and subfloor), new flooring on entire first floor, upgrade electrical panel. It's a smaller kitchen and they put every inch to functional use.
I highly recommend using Kitchen Master. Stacy (designer) is kind, patient, creative, and helpful. Tom (project manager) is detail-oriented, honest, funny and friendly. Ted (owner) is responsive, dedicated, and fair. Exceptional communication from all of them.
They give you the entire project schedule ahead of time. Start date, end date, and what will happen on every single day in between. And it was true! Well, except the floors. Those were finished ahead of schedule.
This was our first ever remodel and I'm so grateful we chose Kitchen Master. Everything went incredibly smooth, even when unexpected things happened. I know it's nerve-racking and scary to choose a contractor when it's such a big spend. But you will not regret choosing Kitchen Master.

Don't look further!!! This company is the one you want if you want the job to be done right!!!! We have never been so impressed with the quality of the materials, cabinetry, etc. Also, all the employees were so pleasant to work with and very professional. We have our dream kitchen to last us a lifetime. And we have to give a special shout-out to Ted who took care of us personally and made sure we were happy with every aspect!!! We began our journey in 2022. Our bathrooms needed to be remodeled after 35 years. We looked at a number of remodelers but ultimately chose the Kitchen Master. Our designer Stacy helped us with both our master and hall bathroom. They turned out amazing. We couldn’t be more pleased.
After that remodel we chose to do our kitchen as well. Stacy led us through that process as well. All the items she help us chose turned out to be a work of art. There is no way we would have been able to do it by ourselves.
Tom was our project manager. He coordinated all the tear down and installation. Their carpenter Josh was fantastic. All the contractors were professional and showed up on time. Again we could not be more pleased.

When my wife and I decided on remodeling our kitchen we looked at a few companies. We definitely feel that we made the right choice with TKM. From start to finish we were kept up to date on the progress with everything coming in on schedule. Outside of the electrician, plumber and drywall work Ray was our primary day to day contact. He is very knowledgeable in his trade and helped us every step of the way. We can't say enough about him. We are very happy with the outcome of the kitchen, it looks fantastic. We're very pleased and glad that we chose The Kitchen Master and would not hesitate to use them for any other remodeling need.

The Kitchen Master did a ‘down to the studs’ remodel of our kitchen, and we are extremely pleased with the results. These guys are absolute pros, who efficiently and expertly handled every phase of the project from the design of the new kitchen to the installation of the appliances.
The designer on our project was Jennifer, who worked iteratively with us to come up with 3 design proposals. Any of the 3 would’ve been great, and we couldn’t be happier with the one that we ultimately chose. Our kitchen went from being a dim, cramped, barely functional space to being bright and open with plenty of room for multiple people to work simultaneously on different tasks.
The demo, framing, and inspection prep work was done by Ray, who clearly knows construction and was a good problem-solver (and minor problems are inevitable once the walls and floors are opened up).
One the back end, Josh did our cabinet and appliance install. His work was meticulous. He and Ray both did a thorough clean-up at the end of each workday.
KM, of course, had to bring in a variety of trades for this job - plumbing, electrical, drywall, floor, and tile. All of the work was done well. Tom, the project manager, gave us a day-by-day schedule of work before the project started and he made sure that everything stayed on schedule. He kept us well-informed every step of the way.
I wouldn’t hesitate to hire this firm again for any remodeling work that we may do.

Joseph is an amazing design expert! Tom is a superb PM! I'm so grateful for the incredible renovation Kitchen Master created! My wife and I had Kitchen Master in Naperville remodel our entire kitchen. There wasn't a thing in the kitchen that wasn't replaced, and thankfully it was done with both care and precision at the experts of Kitchen Master. Our designer Stacy did a great job working with us to get the design we wanted, along with providing a fantastic 3D preview via an AutoCAD-type program. The project manager Tom kept everything on schedule and even was able to start the remodel six weeks earlier than projected. They got us connected with Ferguson Appliances to get all new appliances via LG which work great. Overall we are EXTREMELY happy with the design, and they will continue to provide support with a great five-year warranty. Thank you Kitchen Master!!

Our experience with the Kitchen Master has been fantastic. We had them rework our master bathroom. We couldn't be more happy with the results and the five year warranty is something you just don't find anywhere else.
Several years ago, our house caught fire by a lightning strike and to make a long story short, the builder hired to rebuild it came up short on the quality and workmanship side of things. My wife and I were not happy with the results they left us with, so we hired a different company to come in and "fix" the bath. I won't name them, but they were even worse than the builders we originally had. So at this point we had an unusable master bath that was worked on twice and cost us thousands of dollars.
We found the Kitchen Master and liked what we saw on their web page so we contacted them to help us with our hopeless master bath once and for all. From our first meeting with our designer, Anna, everything just went unbelievably smoothly. She guided us through all of our selection choices and helped us to pick out the items we were on the fence about, right in their showroom.
The actual demolition and re-construction work was completed by Josh. We've dealt with quite a few contractors over the years and unfortunately, most of them we were not happy with but Josh was terrific. A professional through and through, he had the knowledge to get the work done quickly and at a high level of quality. Everything that was done, all the tile work, the custom glass shower and the installation of our new vanity counter looks absolutely amazing. His attention to detail was remarkable and the work he did to get things done right, did not go unnoticed by us. Tom our project manager, always kept us up to date with scheduling the work, and was in constant contact with us to let us know what would happen with the job at any given time. He was a great point of contact and never failed to answer our questions and return our calls or emails. We always knew what was happening with our remodel and never felt out of the loop in any way.
Everyone we worked with at the Kitchen Master treated us with respect and put us at ease with their knowledge and level of professionalism. From the start we felt like we were in good hands. If and when we decide to remodel another bathroom, we will not hesitate to call on them. It's nice to finally feel like we've found a high quality team to work with that we can trust. The Kitchen Master remodeled our master bathroom in a vintage home. There were lots of challenges in the small space and we had a long wish list. Adam listened to all of our needs and concerns with great patience and expertise. The project was completed on time with a very clean and professional crew. We highly recommend The Kitchen Master and plan on using them for future projects.
