Platinum Decking was great to work with from beginning to end. Communication was top notch, everyone was responsive, trustworthy, transparent, informative and very friendly, from the initial design consultation (Breanna) through final selections and ultimately the construction process (Max and Rob) was great. Very pleased with our deck and how it turned out (our cat loves it too!).
We are thrilled with the fence that Platinum Decking installed in our backyard earlier this month! You would never guess that this is the company's FIRST fence installation (the quality is top-notch!). We went with a white composite fence, with sections of six-foot privacy and a shorter picket and it looks beautiful. We're so grateful to Scott and his team for working with us on this project - their professionalism, quality and customer service were excellent. We would highly recommend reaching out to Platinum Decking for any patio, deck or fence projects.

Tom, Scott, Max and the entire Platinum team are fantastic. The process was easy from start to finish. Picking out materials and looking at samples was so easy. We knew exactly when they were going to start and max and crew were so speedy. In and out without any issues, leaving behind a perfect new deck. We can’t wait to enjoy this all summer and for years to come

Platinum Decking was a pleasure to work with during the entire process. Breanna was very knowledgeable and did a great job explaining all of the different options on the front end. She sent us an estimate immediately with competitive pricing so it was very easy to say yes! The PM Rob was also great to work with during the construction of the deck. His crew was very professional and did an excellent job. They paid attention to detail and made sure the work was done right. Additionally, they stayed on track and finished within the timeline that was promised. The deck is beautiful and we look forward to using it all spring, summer and fall. I would highly recommend using Platinum Decking!

This was, all around, a terrific experience. The deck was delivered on time, within budget and as promised. We are very pleased with the final product and would encourage people in the market for a new deck to call Platinum. The sales team gave us a wide variety of options and explained everything thoroughly. The installation team was professional and courteous. I can’t wait to start enjoying the new outdoor living space!!

Our experience with Platinum Decking was outstanding from start to finish. The initial consultation with Breanna was very thorough and professional, and we understood all our options, while she was perfectly up front about what the costs would be. Our job involved demolition of an old deck and a rebuild on the same frame. The old deck had a complicated, odd shape with two levels, and Dan and Omar carefully executed the new deck to perfection. They had to make some adjustments along the way, and were very creative about how they solved each issue that came up. They incorporated all these into a finished deck that has a clean look and smooth edges all around. All through the job they kept us updated on how things were proceeding, and they worked with a great attitude the entire time. We really enjoyed having them around our place. It's like a work of art, and we are as pleased as we possibly could be with the result. Without question, it is worth every penny!
