Do not use this place. They are predatory, and will scam you. We asked them to come out in the Fall. The technician came a different day and then said he couldn't access the generator (a fence was unlocked, and we could've told him this if he came on the scheduled day). We then heard nothing for months. After many calls with a horribly rude secretary, we got it rescheduled but had to pay for the first visit. After paying $3,400 for a repair, it turns out it wasn't fixed because the technician never plugged it into our circuit breaker into the house! Months and months go by of this generator not working, and us calling and trying to get on the schedule. Eventually I reach the owner, who is completely surprised that nobody had relayed this message (again, the office is an absolute mess). We get on the schedule, and the tech sees he never plugged it in (after I point it out to him). He then fixes it and apologizes, but then we get billed more than $500 for him to come out and fix his own mistake! Again, these people are predatory and this place will scam you. Go elsewhere.

They fixed our engine problem and they were very thorough making sure it was ready to get back to work. Advanced Generator is our new go-to for generator repair.

I just had an annual service call done on my Generac 20kw backup generator and I can't tell you how pleased I am. The service tech with on-time and very courteous. He was a nice young man that did a very thorough and comprehensive job - - changing oil and filter, air filter, installed a new battery, new spark plugs and checked and adjusted valve clearances. I've typically done some of the annual maintenance work myself, but why bother when you can have a professional do it for you - - and at a reasonable price. Great job Advanced Generator!

I reported my generator broke in February (2015). After the repair person left with generator inoperable they sent me a bill. I called again. Another bill was sent. It's May and generator is still not running. I paid $7,000.00 for my 17kw generator. Beware, they have the keys to open your generator cabinet. Update: Feb. 1, 2016: Repair person was here for 3.5 hours working on my generator (it has 50 hours). Generator does not work yet.
