We recently worked with Chicagoland Home Staging when listing our home in LaGrange Park. Jill and Margaret along with my listing agent and their team did an amazing job. They maintained the cozy energy of the large spaces while fully maximizing their potential. I travel for work and was not able to attend set up or clean up…no problem. We had four legitimate offers after our first open house. Worth every penny!
Kathy is an amazing stager, she did a wonderful job to present the house to the potential buyers. Every buyer said the house is so beautiful! We have received multiple offers in a few days. The Chicagoland Home Staging team is very professional on setting up the furniture and removing them; they even bloomed the floor for me, I really like their team work! I will definitely do more business with them and refer them to my colleagues.

Highly recommend Chicagoland Home Staging! They were so easy to work with and staged our home beautifully which helped us get multiple offers! Everyone at Chicagoland Hime Staging was professional, friendly and a pleasure to work with. The team that brought in and removed staging were amazing…they took so much care to protect our house, floors, walls, etc. Absolutely the best!!!

It was pleasure working with them and seeing what she brought and staged. My house looked perfect. Couldn’t have chosen anyone better. I will hire them again in the future if ever need it. Very professional and selective items.

Kathy at Chicagoland Home Staging was simply amazing! Not only did she come over on short notice and squeeze us into her schedule to get the house staged, but her vision was AMAZING. She made our house look like a showroom! We were very impressed by her ability to use a lot of our stuff but bring in her own items and furniture (and even hang art!) to make the house look stunning. We know for a fact that we sold quicker and for a lot in part because of the staging. Thank you for everything!
