As always Terry was great. This is at least the second time he’s provided service on our HVAC system, maybe more. He’s knowledgeable, patient in answering questions, and a pleasure to be around. I appreciate him and all our service from Air-Rite very much. It has been and continues to be comforting knowing we have them to call.
Our house was built in 2001 and we still have the original furnace and AC unit because the technicians that do our annual maintenance are so wonderful! They never try and sell you something they honestly don’t feel you need. Plus, we usually get the same technician for every visit so that is also nice.

I’ve worked with Air Rite for several years now, and they’ve been absolutely fantastic. If/when emergencies arise, they respond immediately. And always extremely courteous and friendly. The technician that we have seen most often is Raymond. You couldn’t ask for a more knowledgeable, likable individual.

Air-Rite replaced our furnace and added a humidifier. From the first visit by Project Manager Jason Rubio, we were impressed with his no-nonsense presentation of our options. He was professional and informative. After meeting with other HVAC companies, we hired Air-Rite, going with the option of their better units.
The installers, Eddie and Aaron did not disappoint either. They were most considerate of our home, laying canvas tarps from point of entry to the work area. Throughout their 7 hour install, they maintained a friendly, considerate and professional attitude.
It was a pleasure feeling we were in good hands.
I would recommend Air-Rite in a minute, asking for Eddie and Aaron as our installers again.

Terry Lyons from Air Rite checked and cleaned my A/C today. He always does a fabulous job and is very friendly and helpful! Terry is the best! Air Rite replaced my furnace and A/C a few years ago and did a wonderful job! I’ve been very happy with their service!

Ray has been coming to our house for years now doing our maintenance check up and he is amazing. Extremely thorough and very play. Explains everything going on. He doesn’t really great job.

27 Years ago I purchased a Crestview Builder home and Air Rite Heating and Cooling installed my furnace and air conditioner. I decided to go with them because of reputation and quality workmanship. Randy and Artie were great and professional contractors. I would recommend Air Rite Heating & Cooling to everyone. I attached there workmanship photo's.

We had our furnace/AC serviced by Phil with Air-Rite. We have used them for over 25 years and always do a great job with a great team. Phil has provided the service the past couple of times and always does a great job - he is knowledgeable and always very friendly. Great company with great people.

Terry Lyons has been our technician for 29 years this coming August. He is very knowledgeable and professional. On a holiday weekend a few years ago Terry helped us over the phone with furnace problems. It was a holiday and he wasn't working, but he answered his cell phone and helped us over the phone to get our furnace going before we got our new furnace from Air-Rite. We really appreciated his help. That truly is going above and beyond on a holiday weekend!!!! He's just the best!!!! We really appreciate Terry!
